Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

It is important for people to engage in their particular lines of work, and finding a stable workplace has long been a contentious issue. While some believe that it is helpful for someone to be linked with a similar entity from the very start of their working stage. Others, however, believe that joining numerous businesses has a positive impact on humanity. I think a key factor in a person's career development is their connection to a range of groups.

It appears that different societal groups support the idea that working for the same company is the best method to maintain a professional balance. And they do so for a variety of reasons. The first is being familiar with every single person in the organization. Regarding this, it will strengthen the feelings of trust and kinship with that particular party. As an example, the managers are better able to communicate the foundations of the business with the older characters than the newer ones. Second, it is closely related to the upgrading of the entities. The likelihood of a worker obtaining a higher position is higher if he or she has more experience in the same system's field. As a result, a person can develop more while working for the same company for a long time.

On the other hand, other people think that changing the work is essential for any person's holistic growth for a variety of reasons. Specifically, devoting oneself to a career for an extended period of time may prevent a person from learning about other specific fields. Specifically, ones that have their own important roles to play. For instance, a person who works in a technical capacity will miss out on the opportunity to get experience in managerial and business-level positions. Integration with other businesses will also help to increase employee confidence. Employees cannot feel bored and uninspired in their specific profession despite being involved in several other fields.

In conclusion, even qualities like expertise in one's field and interpersonal relationships are developed. Personally, I do think that the worker's overall development is aided by having expertise in a variety of jobs.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Everywhere in the world, there are differences in the workplace culture. As a result, some people continue doing business with the same company. While others, for a variety of reasons, experiment with alternative options on the market. However, I think it is always beneficial to look into employment openings at different companies whenever that is available.

On the one hand, there are a few justifications for keeping the same job all of one's life. First off, employees in the public sector typically wish to hold onto their positions until retirement. In this industry, there are many prospects for advancement, and employees receive competitive incomes and good social prestige. The rate of resignation is incredibly low in international corporations as well, and employees typically stay at work longer. Professionals such as doctors who work at cutting-edge hospitals tend to be part of the same organization. They gain respect and good pay because of the reputation they have established with their clients.

On the other hand, a lot of people do need to change employment. The young people of today are career-focused, and once they acquire higher academic credentials, they switch industries. If a person worked as an optometrist after graduating, they might pursue a master's degree or perhaps a professional fellowship. Mainly to improve their employment prospects. Normally, it cannot be done without changing the organization. Furthermore, a significant portion of people do think that exposure to other industries gives them the chance to explore their potential. Some occupations and industries only function on a local level, therefore the experience of employees will likewise be constrained. As a result, people relocate in order to participate in worldwide projects.

Finally, even if hopping across industries is popular these days, especially in the private sector, some people still take a traditional approach. They choose to spend their golden years working for the same business. However, in my opinion, it is always preferable to change employment when a good opportunity presents itself. As well as when one believes that their current position's growth prospects are dim.

Band 8.5 IELTS Essay

While some employees consider working with several organizations to be more advantageous. Many others consider giving their skills to only one company for the rest of their careers. They ought to change jobs, in my opinion, for a variety of solid reasons.

Employees first choose to change employment in order to gain better exposure. Many skilled professionals are more eager to acquire new, more effective approaches. Learning new talents is crucial if one wants to compete in the market. For instance, respondents to one recent survey cited this as their primary motivation for switching to a new job. Second, stagnating incomes hinder one's ability to advance financially. People will need to consider opportunities that are more lucrative when it comes to their money. For instance, a recent survey found that the majority of employees change jobs in search of higher pay.

Instead, given the security of their jobs, employees would rather remain with the same organization for the rest of their lives. It is one of the crucial factors that many competent workers consider when making a professional decision. There are various threats to this approach, but they lean more toward a reliable income than any other advantages. This trend is primarily observed among older working-class individuals. The contrary is true in the modern world; if you change jobs after a specific number of service years, you will grow more. To use an example, random age individuals were asked about their thoughts on changing jobs. And the results showed that they preferred to stay in the same position for job stability.

To sum up, after comparing the pros and cons of shifting employment, good appears more compelling than being a lifetime employee of one company. It will become important for an individual to consider new possibilities and leave the existing workplace. Especially if their wage, standard of living, skills, and a host of other benefits rise. I think there should be good reasons to change jobs.
