Some People Think The Best Way to Stay Fit is to Join a Gym IELTS Writing Task 2. It consists of three sample answers provided below. The task requires the candidates to provide a tentative and argumentative answer for the question. The sample answers comprises two parts: Introduction and body. The introduction is a brief description about the topic. The body contains argumentative statements and tentative answers to support the test-taker's perspective.

Physical health is important nowadays. A person must be physically strong and mentally stable to carry out everydays’s tasks. While some people believe that using a gym or fitness center helps them maintain their bodies. Others believe that regular exercise is sufficient to maintain a healthy physique. I believe that regular exercise like yoga and walking is sufficient to maintain fitness. As it is cost efficient and one can workout at a comfortable time. It allows one to be flexible regarding routines. Yoga and normal exercises can be done at home whenever one feels free. 

On the one hand, regular exercise is more beneficial in a variety of ways. First off, people can incorporate regular health exercises like jogging and yoga into their everyday routines without needing a lot of time or money. Additionally, these exercises cut cholesterol, control blood pressure, and minimize the risk of heart disease. For instance, every nation today observes International Yoga Day. Since it aids in the fight against diseases like cancer and heart attacks for millions of people globally.

On the other hand, some people think that gyms and health clubs offer more flexibility for working out. Because they now all have a wide range of equipment and a trainer on staff. For instance, the gym has a variety of training techniques, including pull-ups, deadlifts, bench presses, treadmills, and more. These exercises not only develop a person's muscles but also help them become stronger. Thus, joining a gym is required to maintain physical fitness.

Despite the fact that few individuals believe that attending a gym is the greatest way to keep healthy. Some believe that regular exercise at home is crucial to fending off serious illnesses. As a result, I believe that natural exercise is essential to maintaining your health and fitness in the long run.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Today, everyone makes an effort to maintain their health because it is a fundamental component of human life. Some people think that joining a fitness center is more important for maintaining health. Then choosing regular activities like moving around and climbing stairs. In the text that follows, I will talk about both points of view and offer my own stance.

On the one hand, the majority of people join fitness centers to maintain their health. Modern gyms encourage people to sign up while also assisting them in keeping discipline in their daily exercise regimens. Additionally, customers are drawn to the amenities that these clubs offer. All club members are also given personal trainers, who assist them in selecting the appropriate exercises and diets based on their bodies' needs. For instance, as more and more people benefit from fitness programs, registration at Fitness First centers is growing tremendously every year.

On the other hand, regular walkers clearly reap health benefits. Additionally, doctors advise taking daily walks of at least 10,000 steps. These daily habits cannot entirely replace the proper body workouts but can only provide minimal health benefits. A hectic schedule also prevents people from regularizing their activities, forcing them to rely on alternative transportation such as cabs and elevators. Active climbers and walkers can also reap significant health benefits if they add gym visits to their regimens. For instance, despite consistently performing everyday tasks, over 50% of people still struggle with various medical ailments.

Choosing a fitness center to maintain a healthy lifestyle is contentious, to sum up. I believe that gyms are significantly contributing to the improvement of an individual's health. The frequency, training, and club amenities are the key causes of this. Everyone will use fitness facilities in the future to enhance their health, extending people's average lifespans.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

It is debatable if engaging in regular physical activity is as healthy as going to the gym. My belief is that joining a gym is a superior strategy for keeping in shape.

On the one hand, some people view regular strolls and stair climbing as simple exercises that can be done and tracked to maintain fitness. This encourages individuals to go to the market, take the stairs rather than the elevator, and go on morning and evening walks. Therefore, these pursuits are advantageous for upholding balanced, healthy lifestyles. These methods, however, will only guarantee a moderate level of fitness.

On the other hand, going to the gym is a better choice for someone who is obese and wants to lose the extra body weight. Similar to this, merely going to work or climbing stairs won't help those who want to build their bodies. They require rigorous physical exercises that can only be done in a gym. Having a gym membership seems to encourage frequent exercise. To further explain, the trainers frequently offer food advice, workout schedules, and regular fitness assessments to their clients.

As a result, following the directions helps one stay in shape and produce quick good effects. Another advantage of gyms is the ability to work out the entire body. These clubs have a variety of equipment that is made specifically for certain body parts. For instance, most people utilize the treadmill to work their legs. Going to the gym is therefore more advantageous for maintaining high levels of physical fitness.

Finally, even if general fitness can be maintained by going for daily walks. I believe that a health club membership is necessary for maintaining the highest levels of physical fitness.
