Band 7 IELTS Essay

To earn well and lead a prosperous life is one of the fundamental goals of labor. Some people claim that choosing a job should take into account the salary on offer in order to give their loved ones a stable existence. However, I believe that in addition to the wage amount, additional employment-related considerations. That is covered in the following paragraphs should be taken into account.

Starting off, whether a person is employed or paid a salary, generating money is unquestionably important to their existence. Employees feel satisfied when they land well-paying jobs because they see the results of their diligent study efforts.

Otherwise, lower salary might cause a worker's mind to be under stress, which can lead to depression or other illnesses. The majority of job searchers seek employment in order to meet their needs, which they can only do if they are paid well. If one is financially content, they can readily make concessions on other issues.

Despite the aforementioned ideas, there are still a number of other considerations while choosing a profession. First and foremost, when someone begins a career, job satisfaction is a crucial factor. No amount of money can buy fulfillment, happiness, or contentment, but a positive work environment and friendly coworkers can.

Second, work stability is a crucial consideration while choosing a position. When performing activities, there is a constant sense of trepidation and job insecurity in case something goes wrong. Because of this, employees may feel under pressure to complete their work perfectly. Additionally, when taking into account future factors, jobs with room for advancement within the same organization are preferred.

To sum up, while financial security is undoubtedly an important consideration when selecting a position, there are other factors. Such as job satisfaction, job security, and room for advancement within an organization, are more important. And provide greater job satisfaction than high salaries.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

The idea that money should be the primary consideration when choosing a career over other factors like job type, passion, etc. is one that is hotly discussed. I concur that one of the important elements to take into account while picking a job is money. Although compensation is the primary expectation at work. I believe that other factors, such as work-life balance and workplace culture, are equally important when choosing a position.

The majority of people select a profession that offers a competitive salary in order to meet their own demands as well as those of their families. Even while the financial demands are met, some other needs. Such as spending time with friends and maintaining one's mental health, are not. One of the causes of people choosing such an unsuitable job is the necessity for immediate financial support. Such as debt repayment, which drives them to disregard other considerations like enthusiasm. And workplace culture forces them to only think about their compensation and monthly income.

Other factors, such as a positive workplace culture and flexible work schedules. Should be taken into account when selecting a job because they promote better mental and familial health. However, taking these things into account can also force a compromise on the compensation package. For instance, women employees prefer to choose a position that promotes flexible work hours over one that does not. Since they feel more comfortable managing both their families and careers simultaneously. There are several causes of poor mental health at work, including toxic workplace cultures. And a lack of passion that directly affects our free time and makes us sad.

To sum up, finding a job that meets all the requirements at once is not always possible. However, it is always preferable to take into account additional factors in addition to pay. Because doing so will help us achieve the ultimate goal of earning, which is to enjoy and be happy.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Many people consider income to be the most important consideration when choosing a profession. Since it enables them to secure financial stability for themselves and their families. Depending on the individual, choosing a job may or may not be influenced by money. I believe that both monetary as well as non-monetary issues need to be taken into account.

Choosing a work is unquestionably influenced by finances. The majority of people will gravitate toward occupations with higher compensation. A person's life will be easier with more money. Additionally, having a high salary is a sign of social standing. For instance, CEOs of businesses typically earn far more than other executives. They are well-known and well-known in society as well as even over the world. Money so provides for their basic requirements and secures their future.

First off, having a strong pay scale enables employees to give their families a nice lifestyle, which is why many job seekers prioritize compensation. Second, people are earning well-paying jobs in order to provide children with the necessary education so that they'll have a secure future. If employees have positive interpersonal ties at work. They may simply ask for assistance from colleagues to finish tasks, which reduces the strain on a single employee.

However, for many people, money is not a top priority. These individuals typically come from wealthy families and have solid financial foundations. The main goal of working for these kinds of people is to allow them to use their time productively. Another group of people, who are content with a low salary but a stress-free workplace. Do not prefer to take such chances for high-paying positions.

In conclusion, depending on the individual and their career goals, money may or may not play a significant role in choosing a job. When assessing jobs, it shouldn't be the only thing people take into account. It is also important to take into account non-income related factors that have an impact on a person's physical and mental health.
