We can create products, communicate with clients, and conduct commercial marketing more effectively thanks to modern technology. Additionally, accuracy is improved by the dozens of analytical formulas found in contemporary spreadsheets like Excel. Employees can accurately maintain inventory, create and record sales, track and pay bills, and conduct pay cheques owing to accounting software. In conclusion, there are advantages and disadvantages to using technology in the workplace. However, if job loss and safety concerns are appropriately managed, it will surely change staff productivity and employee performance.
