Some People Think That Men Are Naturally More Competitive Than Women IELTS Writing Task 2

It is reasonable to assume that men are more prone than women to be competitive. They were born with muscle, therefore it goes without saying that both their physical and mental health are always robust. Because of this, the vast majority of males are chosen for positions that call for a lot of strength, like leadership. It cannot be disputed that most governing and senior management roles throughout history have favored men. Since people believed that only male rulers can govern an entire system of one nation. It seems to make sense that men are favored over women in many professions for these reasons.

Even though the positive qualities of men are frequently praised, it is unfair if those of women are being disregarded. Despite the perception that women are inherently gentle in all ways, modern society has moved past this idea. Since we live in a society that values gender equality, many women have shown through their own participation in competitions. That tests both physical and mental strength that they are equally competitive with males. I believe that in order to maintain a healthy balance in society, both sexes need to assume various home duties. Women already have a history of succeeding in all occupations. They now have jobs in practically every industry. Even the military and aviation employ them. Traditionally, it was believed that only men were suited for these positions. Women can now enlist in the military forces even in traditionally conservative Arab nations. This demonstrates unequivocally that women are capable of carrying out their roles with honor. Women are displaying great managerial abilities as well. For instance, women successfully lead several international corporations. Additionally, women have shown that they make good leaders.

Women hold the highest political positions in nations including Bangladesh, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Women have historically played a role in some of history's most admired and cherished politicians. It is obvious that women are equal to men in all professions.

However, the reason why there are so few women in science, politics, or business may be questioned. This isn't, in my opinion, a result of their lack of competition. Only women are capable of carrying out specific biological and psychological tasks.

Women must dedicate their entire lives to their careers in order to succeed in these sectors. In contrast to men. A woman may not always be able to do this because of her other obligations as a mother, wife, and daughter.

After thoroughly examining the case, it is clear that women are equally skilled and competent as males. Women typically sacrifice their careers for the benefit of their families, which explains why there are fewer female achievers than male achievers.
