I'm not saying that males are superior to women in every way, but when it comes to managerial jobs, men are more effective than women. I want to explain my position using facts from science. According to science, men are demonstrably emotionally stronger than women. Hence, making it simpler for men to manage work without letting emotional flaws get in the way. As managers, men have been more successful and persistent. The ability to multitask, which males typically lack, is, nevertheless, possessed by women. A better result is obtained by multitasking in addition to accelerating the process and making them more time efficient. They are able to be categorised as better managers even on the basis of their organisational skills. Women are now holding many significant positions in the Catalan Government. Thus, it has been established that women are capable of holding high-level positions. After weighing the advantages and disadvantages, I can say that I believe women are capable of performing well in any important role. It doesn't matter if it's the government or another prestigious institution—management is involved everywhere.

Therefore, we must continue to struggle for women's rights in order to eradicate the sexism that is depicted in our culture. But regardless of gender, a manager will always be better if they reflect their managerial skills in the greatest way possible.
