Topic: Some people think that it would be better for large companies and industries to move to regional areas outside large urban centers. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Model Answer 1

It is frequently observed that individuals prefer large businesses and organizations to be situated in urban rather than rural locations. I think there are many disadvantages to this relocation, despite its great advantages. Additionally, I believe that people who live in rural areas have such a lot of advantages in this regard. Urban residents, however, will live in a clear environment. Moving huge businesses and industries to rural locations outside of major cities has considerable and positive benefits.

The primary factor is that people in regional areas frequently move from their rural to urban settings. Most people relocate or change jobs in order to pursue a good degree or employment. Consequently, the amount of work prospects will increase if significant corporations relocate to rural areas. This will not only help the rural poor who live in poverty but also stabilize their finances. As a result, their social status, economic activity, and overall developed suburbs will all improve.

Second, it is indisputable that enterprises and manufacturers generate more garbage than they should, which is bad for the local population. Cities will experience clear air instead of the formerly filthy and unhealthy air.

For instance, a recent survey found that residents who live close to industrial regions are more likely to get serious illnesses like cancer, asthma, etc. Additionally, relocating to a regional area will reduce air pollution and ease traffic in the metropolis.

However, there aren't many obstacles created when the industries are moved to rural areas. The loss in productivity is the primary issue. There will be a delay in getting the raw materials because of the poor communication. A few structural issues, such the availability of energy, water, and internet connections, would then arise. All of these things are crucial and necessary for a firm to develop. For instance, a lack of internet access will result in productive work, which will also lower the company's efficiency and profit. Even while these issues can be resolved with careful planning, this is a drawback.

Last but not least, transferring industrial businesses to regional areas will lessen pollution, ease traffic, and create employment possibilities for locals. In this condition, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks by a wide margin.

Model Answer 2

People often believe that the companies and industry must be moved away from the urban areas and established in the local region areas. In my opinion, there are more advantages than disadvantages to this topic. There are numerous advantages of moving and industry and production in a suburban country Suburb.

To start with, The first advantage is that it would reduce the congestion in the city. This less conversation will lead to an improved organ atmosphere. There would be available resources. For instance, establishing an industry or factory in the suburbs will lead to the development of rural areas. This will prevent the imbalance of people tending to migrate from rural to urban in search of job opportunities. The youth of the village will not migrate and there will be huge job availability. Additionally, industries built in a rural region will get better space and waste disposal areas in comparison to the city. This will maintain a green environment. Hence having industries and companies in rural areas is an advantage for individuals as well as for society.
Despite various merits of the movement of production of industries to the countryside, there are a few disadvantages. The first of the four is the unemployment in the city due to limited jobs. For example, when the company is shifting to the rural regions from metro areas, the job opportunities decline. Moreover, some industries might face losses due to the unavailability of things like raw materials, internet connection, and delay in transportation.
To conclude, the shifting of large companies towards rural areas has a positive impact on the whole society. Not only would it develop the ruler region but also reduce the pollution in the environment in cities. The disadvantage of companies, the profit and loss equation can be overlooked if the company plans its projects in a better way to gain profit.

Model Answer 3

People often think that large companies and industries must move to regional areas outside large urban centers. In my opinion, this has a number of advantages which can outweigh the disadvantages.

The chief benefit for companies to shift from populated areas to less populated rural areas will lead to enough space. It would help to build the company and have proper disposal of waste materials. This would also help to get a clean environment. The pollution of air, water, and noise is reduced to a great extent. Industrial waste can be properly disposed of in the environment without making a decision in equilibrium. In addition, the development of industries in remote areas will bring a plethora of job opportunities. These job opportunities can lead to poverty eradication and stop the migration of young youths. In a recent case study by the University of Delhi, it is found that 80% of the employees in a company have to migrate. They migrate from their native local area to urban areas just to look for job opportunities.
Yes, there are some disadvantages when large companies move to local rural areas. The transportation, availability of resources, and communication gap occur. This may bring a loss of revenue to the company initially. But planning the company based on the consumer's demand can even lead to a better economic situation and development in the area.
Lastly, to conclude, large companies and industries would also bring up a large number of entrepreneurs to flourish. This would also happen without breaking the equilibrium of the environment. This would benefit a larger section of people in terms of employment opportunities. The initial revenue loss can be overcome with better and proper planning by the companies.
