People can be divided into huge groups, but it might be challenging to distribute pensions in accordance with these categories because each person's working life is unique. However, many people still deserve an early retirement, and in some circumstances, our well-being can depend on it. Workers in coal mines have demanding tasks that need a lot of strength and endurance, both of which decline with age. On the other hand, library employees don't require a lot of physical strength. However, long-term employees who have accrued experience should be granted early retirement so that unemployed people can obtain work.
