Band 7 IELTS  Essay

People's intellect has recently made a significant impact on all facets of life around the globe. While some believe intelligence is a natural talent, others believe it can be developed through practice and education. It is intrinsic, in my opinion, but it can also be learned. There are several important explanations for why intelligence appears to be innate. That intelligence is a biological trait is beyond question. To begin with, certain genes determine intellect. In truth, many children inherit bright minds from their parent's DNA.

For instance, if their parents have a high IQ, then their children would also inherit a high IQ. Additionally, there are numerous scientists from low-income families in the world today. Even when they are in primary school, some kids exhibit undeniably exceptional skills. These kids have a high level of innate intellect, thus even in third grade, they could understand maths concepts from the fifth grade. We can therefore say that it is endowed. On the other hand, learning and the environment can also have an impact on intelligence. People can attain any milestone in the world with passion, effort, and a positive outlook, for instance, which is one approach to being smart. In actuality, with the same aim, intelligent individuals can easily take it in a few months. Whereas non-intelligent people would need a year to develop a strong enthusiasm. Furthermore, if there are just brilliant individuals around, other people will feel envious of them and aspire to achieve the same goals. In conclusion, it is not difficult to realise that intelligence is innate and unassailable after carefully examining all sides of the debate. Everyone has a certain level of innate intelligence, and everyone can further their brain development in their own unique way. And there's no doubt that if there are more intelligent people around, the world will be better.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

One of the most contentious topics of discussion nowadays is intelligence. Many people think it can only be passed down through genetics. Others, however, hold the opposite view and think it may be learned. I think it can be learned as well as innate. There are undoubtedly certain innate characteristics of intelligence. That clarifies why students in the same class receive a range of grades. Often advocates of the idea that intelligence is inherited claim that a person's personality and IQ are determined by the DNA they inherit from their parents.

The most well-known scientist in the world, Albert Einstein, had a high IQ and made several amazing discoveries, for example. These traits and an extremely high IQ were passed down to his son as well. Because of this, it can be said to be intrinsic. On the other hand, being intelligent is not solely a product of having brilliant forebears. With enthusiasm, effort, and a positive outlook, one may accomplish any goal in this life. A talented student, for instance, might complete a challenging assignment without much difficulty. But a mediocre student can also complete the assignment with diligence and enthusiasm. If heredity was the only option, then the population of this globe would be split into smart and uneducated individuals. No farmer's child would have gone on to become a scientist. For instance, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam overcame all difficulties to become a renowned scientist despite being the son of a struggling farmer. To sum up, it is not difficult to realise that intelligence is both innate and acquired after analysing all sides of the debate. We all have a certain amount of intelligence when we are born. Although there is a good likelihood that a child will be intellectual regardless of whether their parents have a high IQ or a low IQ. There is a good possibility that the offspring of bright forebears will be intelligent.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Every successful person is thought to be naturally talented in their industry. However, there are numerous people who have succeeded in life despite not being born with a high IQ via hard work and determination. But even if having intellect in the family doesn't guarantee success, I do believe that intelligence is familial. And that hard work and commitment are the keys to obtaining great success. The following paragraphs of this article will go into great detail about both points of view. First of all, it is true that hard work, not talent, is the key to success.

It has long been known throughout society that the offspring of doctors and politicians frequently end up in those professions. The reason for this is that, in addition to biological factors, they also acquire a lot of information and direction from their parents. It lowers their hurdles relative to the general population and ultimately makes their route easier, ensuring shot explosion. For instance, The Gandhi family held the government in India for about 50 years, which was a hat trick for them because their forebears were active in politics. Therefore, until 2017, each Gandhi family member's successor served as India's prime minister. This shows that intellect runs in families. Despite this, there are instances where people have received widespread acclaim via their own laborious efforts rather than by natural skill. In contrast to the fact that no one in her family was a wrestler and that no other women in her town or state were in the same field. Yet famed woman wrestler M C Mary Kom, an Olympic gold winner, was able to achieve this milestone through dedication and strong willpower. As a result, it proves that someone can achieve renown and not just because of the brains they were born with. In conclusion, strong efforts, resolve, and willpower is required rather than intrinsic intelligence to achieve great success in life. Without these essential components in their life, talented people from talented families may stay dormant and in failure.
