Some People Think That Famous People Can Help International Aid Organizations IELTS Writing Task 2 has three sample answers provided. This is an agreement or disagreement essay. The task requires the candidates to provide a tentative and argumentative answer for the question. The sample answers comprises two parts: Introduction and body. The introduction is a brief description about the topic. The body contains argumentative statements and tentative answers to support the test-taker's perspective.

Band 7 IELTS Essay
It is true that famous people who have an association/affiliation with global aid programs can have a deep impact on society. People tend to believe that reputation and association of such well-known people with the organizations can overshadow the cause these organizations are working for. However, we can't neglect the fact that celebrities and their activities have a strong replication/reaction to their fans. To an extent, it is also seen that fans believe what their role model or famous people do or promote.
It is my understanding that if famous people are associated with international aid organizations, they can create and spread public awareness towards certain matters that need to be addressed. As such organizations conduct various charitable events, famous people can encourage their fans to actively participate in these activities and help in the upliftment of society. One of the greatest examples I can put forward here to prove my point valid is Taiwanese celebrities volunteering in developing countries that need the greatest help; Kenya and also help the marginalized section of the societies. Due to this, many fans are also actively involved in the development of society and putting their one step forward in eradicating poverty and engaging in various International aid organizations to not just help the people around them but globally. From a larger view, famous people involved in such organizations and programs can make the people get more aware about social and global issues.
However, there is another side of the coin as well, some may think that famous people contributing to such organizations is yet another strategy to promote themselves and gain as much popularity as they can. For example, there are many celebrities who have engaged themselves in various international aid organizations but their endeavor is less likely to get appreciated because of the perception people have about famous people.
In conclusion, I would like to throw light that this is true to some extent that the fame of celebrities can take the focus away from actual problems but in my belief, their contributions to international aid organizations can surely make problems noticed.
Band 8 IELTS Essay
There are many people who believe that international organizations often borrow or use celebrities' power to throw light on topics that people don't talk about such as poverty reduction or helping orphanages. On the other hand, some people think when celebrities are involved in such problems they are only making themselves more popular and gaining fame. They think this activity of famous people significantly involved in the programs of international aid organizations downplays the importance of problems.
But, I want to put it in that way this trend can help many people and can bring more positive changes to society. Trust and organizations make famous people associate with them so that they can spread- reaching influence to attract community due to their fandom. Firstly, we can't neglect that famous people are paid attention not only by people but covered by mass media too. One of the greatest examples is that Leonardo Dicaprio was invited to become a global ambassador of the International Fund for Animal Welfare IFAW to make people aware of the importance and conservation of wildlife and animals. Thanks to the involvement of such a famous person, more than 17 million people participated in the movement. Isn’t that great? So why can't we consider having famous people on board for spreading awareness? Also, one advantage of famous people associating with international aid organizations is that people are more likely to give donations when asked by people they admire the most. For instance, when a singer like Justin Bieber will ask their fans too. contribute a little amount, who will say no right? On the other hand, there are some disadvantages if the wrong “famous people are involved in the programs; they can make or break the situation.
In conclusion, indeed negative impacts can be there of associating famous people with international aid organizations but I guess the positive impact is more.
Band 6.5 IELTS Essay
In recent years, we have seen that famous people/celebrities are associating with more and more international aid organizations to throw light on social problems. There have been controversies regarding how more and more famous people are addressing problems through international aid programs. There are types of people; one who believes that famous people have a positive impact when they are addressing social problems while others think they don't. In this essay, I shall elaborate and throw light on both views. To start with, we can't neglect that there are many merits of celebrity influence.
This is why they can attract public attention and this is the major reason why international aid organizations ask famous people to associate with them so that they can spread awareness with their fandom. In other words, we can say that fans tend to act just like their role model so the international aid programs can expect a more positive impact. However, famous people's involvement in international aid programs can offer huge advertisement impacts.
Therefore, this can have various drawbacks too such as people are participating in the activities organization just because of the involvement of famous people but not because of the social cause.
In conclusion, as mentioned above, although having positive influences, it is more likely to bring concerns from the public. Thus, it is convincing for the aid company to use famous people in the necessary situation. In my opinion, if famous people will dress social problems and work for them; fans will do the same and this is how people will come forward and contribute to society.
