Some People Think Only Managers Should Make Decisions For The Companies IELTS Writing Task 2 consists of three sample answers provided below. It is widely known that decision-making authority often rests with the management team in most businesses. Some individuals, however, are of the opinion that all employees ought to be given such chances. I usually don't agree with them.
On the one hand, allowing all employees to make decisions is, to a certain extent, advantageous for the growth of the business. To be more precise, this gives workers the impression that they are valued by their employers. And the trust that develops between them can boost business profits by boosting employee productivity. A better working environment will also inspire workers to give it their all and do their best. 
In contrast, decisions made by leaders are frequently more logical and practical than those made by employees. It is generally acknowledged that the vast majority of managers possess a strong understanding of trade policies. In addition, the benefits of their products, and consumer preferences. And that this understanding equips them with the majority of the time to make sound decisions. Employees, on the other hand, often make poor choices that disadvantage the company or even result in financial loss for their employers. Because they lack a thorough understanding of these aspects.
Additionally, it is well accepted that employees' experience and knowledge differ from person to person. This is making it more probable that they will reach divergent conclusions on the same matter. This makes it challenging to put all the decisions into action. Since our workplaces are becoming more teamwork-oriented and cooperation is crucial, this could lead to disputes among employees. In addition, these would be damaging to the smooth operation of their businesses.
As a result, giving employees the ability to make decisions for their employers can increase their job efficiency. Moreover, decisions made by employees are not always practical or reasonable, hence making decisions should be left to leaders.

Today, a company's performance is intimately correlated with its employees' cooperation. Some groups contend that managers should make all decisions alone, without input from the workforce. Others, however, contend that before making any decisions, managers must consult with their workers. In the lines that follow, this essay will attempt to explore both points of view and my personal viewpoints.
To begin with, the most important thing for any business is to make wise decisions in order to increase their company's productivity in this fiercely competitive market. It is the organiser's sole responsibility to make the best decision on their own, without assistance. This is because they are familiar with all of the mechanisms and financial circumstances. For instance, a recent study found that because everything is governed by the executive, multifaceted organisations in the USA achieve 95% of their objectives.
Furthermore, the employer's obligations are advantageous since they have more contacts in many organisations. They have excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal with clients from other countries with ease. On the other hand, employees are technically skilled and can quickly overcome difficulties without hesitation. For this reason, management should give them the opportunity to expand both their circle and their skill set. As an example, the industry reached a high level in 2011 with the help of Nokia's workforce, despite the business losing market share in 2010.
To sum up, in my opinion, even though management is well-versed in every aspect of the company. Without labour, they would not be successful in this cutthroat market. Employees therefore have a significant impact on either raising the quality of their job from low levels to high levels or decreasing difficulties. Therefore, they must be involved in the decision-making process.

They will also contribute by drawing on their exceptional expertise from working for major international corporations. It would be preferable if they made significant choices because they are accountable for the company's success. On the other hand, some detractors contend that younger employees can only learn if their ideas are taken into account because they will be the company's future leaders. But also foster career advancement. For instance, top management at Google encourages employee input on specific issues so that they may decide what is best for the business.
It is conclusive that experienced executives make better judgments for businesses. As well as how young employees who participate in significant conferences will perform better in management positions in the future. For their long-term success, I believe that businesses must cultivate the next generation of leaders, which can only be done via instruction.
