Band 8 IELTS essay

Businessmen, skilled laborers, office employees, etc. work their entire lives to meet the financial obligations necessary to support themselves and their families. The unrivaled experience and skill set that one acquires by working diligently results in marvels and contributes to the advancement of society. Few people believe that one should remain with their current employer, while others believe that changing employment improves one's qualifications. Before presenting an opinion, this essay will examine both aspects of the argument.

Few individuals believe that it is beneficial for employees to remain with their current employer throughout their lifetime. Proponents of this view believe that senior employees have a thorough understanding of the operations and functional character of their jobs, which is advantageous for the company. Their seniority and length of service entitles them to incentives such as gratuity, pension, extended leave, loans, etc. that can be of great value in the future. Moreover, working for the same company improves the employee-employer relationship and allows employees to advance through the organizational hierarchy and attain managerial positions, which are typically designated for the most credible and senior employees.

During a recession, for instance, companies typically retain their senior employees while laying off newly hired workers to reduce costs. In addition, they are established in their current position, and changing jobs would disrupt their lives. As long as the company is financially secure and the employee is gaining the appropriate exposure, there is no harm in staying at the same job.
In addition, only a handful of multinational corporations value employees with diverse industry experience, which is essential to their development. In addition, employers believe that employees are becoming more reliant on them and lack the courage and skills to explore other employment opportunities, which can be exploited for their own benefit.

To summarize, the preceding provides plausible arguments for both positions. However, I believe that one should remain with the same employer as long as he or she receives a competitive salary package, exposure, training, and the chance to advance through the organizational hierarchy and attain senior positions.

Band 7.5 IELTS essay

Nowadays, it is critical to select the correct job for ourselves. However, other people believe that it is unimportant because we can always change jobs. Also, someone believes that we can only choose one job.
This essay will cover both points of view and conclude with a conclusion.

On the one hand, it is critical to stay in one position and advance in this employment. Furthermore, having a consistent career with one job is preferable. Furthermore, employees can demonstrate their loyalty. For example, in Japan and China, people prefer to stick with one job till the conclusion of their careers. As a result, these countries remain stable in the global economy.
Humans, on the other hand, who change jobs can gain more experience than those who stick with one chance. Furthermore, because of the differences in their jobs, they have greater skills. In today's environment, having just one talent is insufficient. Employees must be adaptable in a world that is constantly evolving. People in the United States, Canada, and several South American nations, for example, may be given more than one opportunity. People's primary occupation is a major, while others are minors. This practise gained popularity in Europe as well.

To summarize, anyone can choose a vocation without experiencing any stress. This isn't too crucial because we can change our profession whenever we want.

Band 7 IELTS Essay

Business people, skilled employees, office workers, etc. work their entire lives to support themselves and their families. Working hard yields unmatched experience and skills that help society thrive. Few think one should stay with their current employer, while others think transferring jobs makes them better. Before deciding, this article will examine both perspectives.

Few think lifelong employment is good for employees. This concept holds that senior personnel understand their job's operations and functions, which benefits the organization. Seniority and long-term affiliation entitle them to benefits like gratuities, pensions, prolonged leaves, loans, and more, which can be valuable in the future. Working for the same company enhances employee-employer connections and allows them to advance to managerial roles usually designated for senior and reputable personnel. In a recession, corporations retain senior workers and lay off fresh hires to minimize costs. Additionally, moving jobs can disrupt their lives. If the organization is financially stable and the employee is exposed, there is no harm in staying.

Another school of thinking holds that people should move jobs if they feel their career path is saturated and they are not developing new abilities. Switching jobs, especially early in a career, helps employees earn higher incentives and pay. Few international organizations favor individuals with diverse industry experience, which is crucial for success. Companies also feel that employees are becoming more dependent on them and lack the confidence and abilities to pursue other work opportunities that can be used for their own benefit.

To summarize, both sides have plausible reasons. However, I feel that one should stay with the same business if they obtain a competitive wage, exposure, training, and the chance to advance to senior positions.
