Some People Think Journalists Cannot Be Trusted IELTS Writing Task 2 consists of three sample answers provided below. The task requires the candidates to provide a tentative and argumentative answer for the question. The sample answers comprises two parts: Introduction and body. The introduction is a brief description about the topic. The body contains argumentative statements and tentative answers to support the test-taker's perspective.
IELTS writing task 2 evaluates candidates based on the knowledge and views they have expressed. The areas that candidates are assessed on are grammar, vocabulary, and style. IELTS writing score is marked based on band scores. The band scores range from 0 to 9. Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

It is clear that news can provide useful information in today's world in a variety of areas. Such as economics, politics, and so forth. Some individuals, however, consider that it is exceedingly difficult to believe newsmen or newswomen. In my opinion, this opinion is partially accurate for the reasons listed below. I will also mention some qualities that I believe successful reporters should possess.

One the one end, there are numerous benefits to reading the news. People can increase their knowledge by reading these announcements. Because they provide rapid daily updates on the most recent information. In addition, news outlets cover a variety of themes and report from several nations. For instance, the results of the US election were broadcast live as soon as the journalists learned about them. On the other hand, some tabloid journalists exaggerate the issue of the day in order to present false information. Additionally, this data is not carefully controlled. For instance, journalists may attempt to obtain fresh information from mega stars before penning fiction with catchy names.

In regards to the character quality of journalists that is essential to climbing the career objectives. I'm sure that they must be knowledgeable about a wide range of social issues. In particular. If they expand their horizons to learn more about diverse cultures, races, and socioeconomic groups or develop these skills.

Successful reporters should be honest and passionate about what they do. Journalists must first deal with confusing material that is related to numerous persons. If they are not honest, they may alter the facts before publishing them in the newspaper. For instance, certain businesses may offer reporters bribes in order for them to publish false information in order to gain notoriety. Second, being a journalist is difficult work that requires frequent travel and exposure to hazardous situations. If they are not sufficiently enthusiastic about their work, this can sap their energy.

In summary, individuals should keep reading the news, but they should be careful to choose official publications. Moreover, in order to succeed as journalists, one must possess honesty and desire.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

The news that journalists currently report on never fails to stir up contentious discussions among individuals. While some argue that people shouldn't believe the news that journalists report. Others argue that it's crucial to question the veracity of journalists' reports. From a personal standpoint. I support the aforementioned claim and think that in order for journalists to succeed. They must continually work on developing positive traits.

Given the abundance of journalists who appeal to larger audiences, it is acceptable to question the journalist's credibility. It is evident that many news outlets prefer to focus on newspaper stories. Particularly those involving celebrity personal life issues, in order to pique readers' interest and increase their earnings. It follows that viewers should exercise caution while reading journalistic news.

Nothing, however, has a greater personal requirement for a writer to succeed than cultivating a diverse range of personalities. They must first use caution when gathering and reporting facts in order to work wonders for the community. Additionally, the society is so prosperous that journalists should have the perseverance. And resolve to defend press freedom and the right of the general public to know the truth. Last but not least, individuals must develop a number of soft skills based on many notions in our fast-paced culture. If they are to function as effective communicators and information senders.

A strong command of a language or a vast quantity of knowledge about many civilizations, nations, ethnicities. And social groupings, to name a few, can be used as examples. As a result, it is irrefutable to say that in order to become a well-rounded journalist, one must successfully build a variety of admirable inner qualities.

In conclusion, it is legitimate for some to argue that because reporters frequently fake papers, people cannot fully place their trust in them. Additionally, I am confident that in order to develop a wide variety of crucial skill sets. Including information analysis, tenacity, and interpersonal skills, one must strive to become a more excellent writer.

Band 9 IELTS Essay

News literacy is still a major problem in the neighborhood. The underlying factors that led to unreliable journalists will be discussed in this article.

First off, journalists frequently fabricate news reports. As an obvious example, they use interviewees who work for the government. To obtain some articles by questioning them directly about political crises. They frequently alter the news story by the editors and lawyers. Due to the full separation between true and false accounts. Which are frequently exaggerated to catch readers' attention. Fake news frequently appears on the first page of newspapers and quickly rises to the top of the list of hot issues.

Last but not least, journalists frequently fabricate news that is meant to provoke. By accusing one side on the internet or in social media, which is bad for your mental health. Additionally, families that have been subjected to the effects of provocation. Through cyberbullying, psychological torture, and violence may eventually have trauma for which early rehabilitation is necessary. For instance, psychological counseling identifies certain patients who are misunderstood and receive prison and other forms of punishment from the courts.

However, since they will work harder and become more conscientious employees. Successful journalists should develop their understanding from empirical sciences. That is founded on real evidence that has through some revisiting, citation, and proofreading. They can persuade the readers to believe in original stories as a result. And as a result, the viewers will be extremely picky about which facts they accept after observing the integrity and expertise of the journalists. For instance, the majority of readers would prefer to buy magazines or newspapers from well-known journalists. While a small percentage would rather do business with unqualified journalists. Because they are still in the dark about how vicious the press is.

In conclusion, some individuals lack confidence in the journalist for a variety of reasons. It's because journalists frequently fabricate news and make provocative statements. However, it will be fantastic when journalists take the correct steps, such as expanding their expertise based on scientific sciences.
