I agree with this statement, and my essay will discuss both viewpoints and illustrate points with pertinent examples to prove the argument.

First, jobs in the medical, educational, and military sectors are the most esteemed, and their employees are respected. Nonetheless, the salaries paid to these individuals are understated. Even if their contributions have established a few benchmarks, they are not considered for rewards. Doctors, for instance, have acted as God's children and saved millions of lives from Coronavirus while risking their own lives. Therefore, the aforementioned occupations have every right to be well compensated.

On the other hand, professions such as actors, executives, and executives of large organisations are compensated significantly above the desired margin. It has been said that fame and notoriety attract money; therefore, the most attention they receive will cause them to become wealthier. These individuals have acquired their talent, abilities, and knowledge independently. However, their essential labour does not contribute significantly to helping the world. These types of professionals are businesspeople. For instance, if an actor retires early or endures a natural death, it will not have a significant effect on the nation's or world's development. But if a Soldier, doctor, or even a teacher retires or fails to perform his job effectively, it will be a tremendous loss for the nation and the entire world.

In conclusion, all professions are essential. However, individuals should be compensated based on the significance and responsibility of their work to the nation. Because if a country is secure and healthy, it will automatically become prosperous.

Numerous individuals believe that, in recent years, there has been no correlation between the amount of knowledge required to execute a job and the salary received. A surgeon in the United States, for instance, must study for thirteen years to become entirely qualified and earns approximately $300,000 per year. In contrast, a well-known actor who did not attend college earns well over a million dollars per film. These differences may prevent individuals from pursuing careers in professions desperately needed by our society; therefore, I concur with the preceding statement.

There are numerous professions in our society that are required to maintain a functional community and require extensive study. For example, we need physicians and nurses to maintain a functional health system. In addition, we require educators to educate our children in institutions. Because these vocations are undervalued in comparison to others, such as athletes and actors, fewer young people are pursuing them, resulting in less manpower in these much-needed fields. A recent study conducted in Israel revealed that the number of medical students has decreased by 10% over the past three years due to a 15% decrease in the average physician salary.

There are, in my opinion, two primary criteria that can be utilised to determine an appropriate compensation. First, I believe that salary should be proportional to the number of years required to obtain a complete education in a given profession. According to this criterion, university instructors and medical doctors who have studied for more than ten years would earn more than a teacher who has studied for three years. Second, salaries should reflect government and community requirements. For example, computer engineers, who are much more valuable to the economy than actors, should be compensated at a higher rate. This will encourage more people to become computer engineers and, as a result, enhance the economy.

In conclusion, I concur with the preceding statement and believe that people should be compensated based on their education and the needs of society. On this basis, we will be able to direct individuals towards the professions our community requires.

But their basic work doesn't do much to help the world. These workers are people who work in business. For example, if an actor quits early or dies of natural causes, it won't have a big impact on the growth of the country or the world. But if a Soldier, doctor, teacher, or anyone else quits his job or doesn't do it well, it will be a huge loss for the country and the whole world.

In conclusion, all professions are important. But people should be paid according to how important and important to the country their work is. Because a country will immediately become wealthy if it is safe and healthy.
