In my opinion, the company's success is due to its talented leader and teamwork, for the reasons that are mentioned below.
To start, it is evident that teamwork is a crucial component of the formula for success. They are already halfway to triumph thanks to their effective coordination. Allowing consummate workers to collaborate increases productivity, success opportunities, and overall success rates. And not to mention the speed at which progress is made also increases. In addition, a single person cannot complete the large and difficult tasks involved in a given project. Therefore, if it is split equally among the members, it won't place an undue burden on any one person's shoulders and will also be completed on schedule.
However, without direction from the team leader, the team's progress would just stagnate. Due to their objective, leaders unquestionably play a crucial part in supporting a team. A leader is required to bring every team member together, to make them feel valued, and, of course, to ensure the success of the entire team.
