Band 6 Answer

The production of instant noodles is shown in the flowchart. The eight-stage, complex production process for noodles is shown in the diagram. While it looks like a complex process. The process of making instant noodles begins with the industrial mixer. Mix flour from the storage silos with water and oil to create a dough. This process creates the dough for the noodles. The quantity of water and oil used while dough making is automated. In order to first form sheets, the dough is made to go through a series of mechanical operations from this point. The sheets are formed in flat shape all with equal width and height.

Further moving to the next step these sheets are equally cut into strips. While this procedure is the most important. After being divided into stripes, these sheets are finally formed into discs for noodles. These discs are all equal in shape and made automatically. While some might get destroyed in the process which are taken out and discarded. These discs of noodle are cooked in oil before being dried. The oil frying and drying ensures it gets cooked instantly by just adding hot water in the.

All the discs are carefully fried. These noodles are put into the packaging cups once the drying process is finished. The noodle cups are manufactured separately and then added to this section. The machine automatically adds noddle discs in each cup and forwards it further. And the vegetables and seasonings are then added. The vegetables and seasoning are generally dried herbs. These are added in a cup like mechanism by the person operating the machine. The manufacturing process then moves on to its conclusion. At this stage, noodles-filled cups are mechanically sealed and labeled. Seals come from another mechanism attached to the machine. The machine then adds and pastes the label at the right place of the cup. In this process many seals might get pasted wrong which are then removed by the person and again sealed. The finished product is now prepared to leave the plant and enter retail establishments.

Band 7 Answer

The manufacturing process for instant noodles is shown in the provided image. Overall, it is evident that this linear process consists of eight steps, starting with the storage of flour in silos and finishing with the labeling and sealing of cups. The industrial mixer is the first step in the process of creating instant noodles. creating a dough by combining flour from the storage silos with water and oil. The dough for the noodles is made using this procedure. The amount of water and oil required to make the dough is automated.

The dough is then subjected to undergo a variety of mechanical processes in order to initially create sheets. The mixture is then rolled over to form dough sheets after this stage is finished, and it then passes through a machine to be divided into strips. These sheets are then evenly cut into strips in the following phase. However, this process is the most crucial. These sheets are eventually cut into stripes and shaped into discs for noodles. These discs are produced mechanically and have uniform shapes. While others may be removed and discarded because they were damaged throughout the process. These noodle discs are first fried in oil before drying. By simply adding hot water, the oil frying and drying assures that it is promptly done. These dried noodle discs are then placed into cups together with veggies and seasonings, and the procedure is completed by labeling and sealing these cups.

The manufacturing procedure then continues until its end. Cups with noodles inside are now automatically sealed and labeled. Seals are produced using a different machine-attached mechanism. The label is subsequently added and adhered by the machine at the proper location on the cup. Many seals that are applied incorrectly during this process may need to be removed and then reapplied before being sealed. Now that the product has been finished, it is ready to leave the factory and enter stores.

Band 7.5 Anwer

The instant noodle production process is shown in the image. This wholly artificial process may be broken down into eight major stages. Starting with the storage of raw materials, followed by the assembly of the dry noodles, cooking, and finally packing for later consumption.

In storage silos where the flour is kept, instant noodles are first made. The processes of the assembly line are started by moving the flour. Water, and oil from one source to the mixers where they are rolled into sheets of dough. This method is used to create the noodle dough. Automated equipment determines how much water and oil are needed to produce the dough. The dough is then put through a number of mechanical procedures to form the initial sheets. After this step is complete, the mixture is rolled out to create dough sheets and then put through a machine to separate it into strips. These sheets are used to make compact "noodle discs" that are cut into strips by factory gear, cooked in oil, and dried. And then put in cups with various veggies and seasonings. These uniformly shaped discs are mechanically made. Others might be taken out and thrown away since they were harmed throughout the procedure. Before drying, these noodle discs are first fried in oil. The oil frying and drying ensures that it is completed quickly by simply adding hot water.

The production process then continues till it is finished. Noodle cups are now automatically labeled and sealed. Using a distinct machine-attached mechanism, seals are made. The machine then adds the label and applies it to the cup in the right place. During this process, many poorly applied seals might need to be removed and then reapplied before being sealed. The finished product is now prepared to depart the plant and hit the shelves.
