Band 7 IELTS Letter

Dear Madam,

I'm writing to you about the issue that arises from the scarcity of parking spaces for our cars. The majority of the workers at our company have their own cars, which they frequently utilize for work-related purposes. Finding a parking spot for these automobiles in our company compound is difficult.

When workers returned to the office from an official trip, they found that there was no room for their vehicle. However, they leave their car parked on the side of the road, a long way from our business. In addition to these, a few employees received fines for illegal parking and parked in restricted areas. As a reputable company, it is our duty to provide parking for employees, as stated in our office manual. Additionally, there is a danger that the vehicles could be stolen as a result of incorrect parking. It might result in less transport and have an impact on our efforts. For the most recent HSE meeting, we offer the upstairs parking, and the management also makes a note of the suggestion. Would you mind following up on the suggestion and offering management advice on how to resolve this problem? Otherwise, a lot of problems arise, which would not be beneficial for the reputation of our company. I hope you recognise the problem and anticipate taking appropriate action.

Yours Sincerely,
Keith

Band 7.5 IELTS Letter

Dear Madam,

I'm writing to voice my worry about the scarcity of parking spaces at our business. For all of the employees, it is now a source of concern. Let me tell you that there are a lot of problems because there isn't enough parking. I must first park my car on the street. Finding a parking spot can occasionally cause a delay in getting there on time.

As a result, I received a verbal warning and one-fourth of my Stephen was taken away. Second, parking my car there gives burglars the opportunity to steal or damage it. Last but not least, it is challenging for me to walk far to collect it while it is raining. Additionally, I would like to propose that you offer a sufficient parking space. There is an empty space in front of the business's location that can be rented out for parking cars. Everyone would find it convenient, and it would also help the roads become less congested. Additionally, providing free transportation to local employees might be quite beneficial because they will use their cars less, freeing up space for other people. You'd be astonished to learn that it works out better for me. I'm happy to use the business bus because it will enable me to arrive on time and cut down on the time I would often spend stuck in traffic. Looking forward to your response.

Yours Sincerely,
Rahul

Band 8 IELTS Letter

Dear Sir,

I'm writing to you to say how worried I am about the parking situation near our office. Around 10:00 in the morning, I arrive at work, but there is nowhere suitable to park my car. Like me, many other employees also deal with this problem. I concur that there isn't enough room in the basement, which makes it difficult for staff members to park their car there.

My time is wasted, as much of the time is spent looking for space on the road. Even though I arrived early for work, I am unable to punch my ID on time because of this entire circumstance. Carelessness, in my opinion, is the root of the problem. People park their cars anywhere they choose without considering others. We also have trouble parking cars because there isn't proper synchronisation in parking. Additionally, individuals from neighbouring businesses also leave their vehicles in our parking lot. This ought to be outright forbidden. With all due respect, let me suggest a solution to this problem. The company should specifically hire a guard for this function. The parking situation needs to be managed, and it should only be accessible to office personnel. Additionally, a fine should be levied for improper parking. It is a severe problem, and I would appreciate it greatly if management acted right away to prevent wasting our valuable time. I appreciate you taking the time to hear about my issue. Any swift action in this area would be greatly valued.

Your Sincerely,
Laura
