Band 6.5 Answer

The above flow chart effectively illustrates how a business hires employees to fill its needs. The procedure, which has 7 to 9 steps with varying likelihoods. Starts with the specification of requirements and concludes with the choice of qualified individuals.

The business must precisely define and establish its requirements at the outset of the process. The requirements and specific skills required are drawn up and taken forward. Then, in order for applicants to view them, they are changed into announcements that are published in the newspaper. Then, job seekers are required to complete and submit application forms to the company. All the application forms are collected within a specified period of time. Then these applications are opened and checked and assessed.

The employers sort out the applications that meet their requirement and required skills criteria and other applications are then rejected. The rejected applicants are sent a rejection letter. Carrying forward are the applicants shortlisted for the job.

There is an interview organized for these applicants. There might be a written exam or some tasks included in the interview process. During the interview period all applicants previously short;isted appear for the interview and give their best. Then within these applicants, many are rejected which might not be suitable for the job on the basis of their performance in the interview. These are rejected and letters of rejection sent to them. Moving forward are the applicants that are selected for the job. These are offered the job and then it depends upon them to accept the job offer as per the stipend and other facilities provided or apply for another job.

Band 7.5 Answer

The process of hiring staff for an organization is shown in the flowchart below. Overall, it is obvious that there are thirteen separate steps in this flowchart.

The process begins with the description of the requirements and ends with the selection of competent candidates.

At the beginning of the process, the firm must carefully define and specify its requirements. The specifications and particular abilities needed are created and carried out. Then, they are transformed into notifications that are printed in the newspaper so that applicants can see them. The next step is for job seekers to fill up and submit job applications to the business. Within a given time frame, all application forms are gathered. These applications are then opened, examined, and evaluated. Employers go through applications and accept only those that satisfy their requirements and selection criteria, rejecting all other applications. A letter of rejection is delivered to those who were rejected. For these applicants, an interview has been scheduled. The interview process may involve a written test or a few tasks. All of the candidates who had been shortlisted for the interview appear during the interview period and give it their all. On the basis of how they performed during the interview, many of these applicants who might not be qualified for the position are then eliminated. These are turned down, and rejection letters have been sent to them. The candidates who were chosen for the position are now moving on. These are given the job offer, and it is up to them to accept it and the benefits it includes, or to look for another position.

Band 8 Answer

The stages of an organization's recruitment process are depicted in the rendered flow chart.

There are a total of thirteen steps in the procedure, and each one is essential for its successful completion.

To be more specific, the organization first creates a list of open positions. The required skills and criteria are listed out. The organization's next move is to advertise the catalog in the magazine. The interested candidates then reach out to fill the application forms. Thirdly, after receiving the registration form and filling it up with the necessary information, the organization sends it back to the selected individuals. While the applicants, those who are rejected after viewing the application, are sent rejection letters. The process is further separated into two sections when the initial application is accessed and reviewed by the organization.

If an applicant's application is approved in the first stage, an interview invitation is extended. On the basis of interview the candidates are then selected or rejected. After that, if a candidate passes it, he will be hired for the position. In any other case, the candidate will receive a letter of refusal if he is not selected. The selected candidates are offered the job along with the stipend and other details. It depends upon them whether to accept it or not.
