Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Due to their propensity to copy others, it has been noticed that people are more drawn to. And adapt to the most recent designs, particularly clothing and other accessories or items. Since individuals are concerned about fashion and want to keep up with the times, I can somewhat agree with this viewpoint. Another element influencing this situation is advertising.

First, it is impossible to ignore the improvement in people's outside visibility. To put it simply, everyone wants to seem attractive and appealing. Thus for this reason a person gets inspiration from their role models, such as singers, actors, and many others. Once their model began donning various outfits, their supporters and fans began donning the same attire. As a result, this tendency contributes to the popularity of clothing trends. Second, some well-educated wealthy people support the modern, intelligent era. In other words, they want to buy cars and items from well-known domestic businesses.

For instance, a person with some education prefers to drive cars from renowned brands. Like Ford, Jaguar, and many others over those from smaller, regional manufacturers. Therefore, it is only because of this practice that some social groups. With less education choose to purchase these well-known goods, which finally gives rise to copying.

On the other hand, it is also true that despite hearing about new brands from others. People still stick to their budget because buying a property comes with a lot of costs. And it is clear that a majority of commercials, despite their tendency to mimic one another. Have made it possible to publicize trends in clothing as well as those in other consumer items.

In conclusion, the development in consumerism of things utilized by people and stylish clothing is a manifestation of man's propensity to imitate one another. However, advertising by businesses also boosts the appeal of apparel and other products with a fashion component.

The paradigm shift is to blame for the tendency of the masses to copy others' appearances, including their clothing, haircuts, and footwear. As a result, the demand for trendy clothing as well as other practical things has skyrocketed. I wholeheartedly concur with it because both the general public and manufacturers benefit greatly.

Initially, people in large groups follow one another in order to stay current with the outside world. To elaborate, when they notice that the others are dressed differently and that this has shaped their personalities. They slavishly imitate them in an effort to be like them. Additionally, receiving praise from others inspires people to mimic them. For instance, clothing worn by movie stars is in high demand these days. Everything from clothing to shoes is selling like hotcakes. People start to shop compulsively, and this need to imitate others is evident everywhere.

People constantly change their perspectives and possess a superiority complex. Additionally, as the demand for some products rises, manufacturers also benefit greatly. They are aware that consumers will purchase goods that celebrities use more frequently. They use it, and occasionally the demand rises while the supply falls.

Additionally, ads and shopping portals increase demand for consumer goods. Any time a product is promoted to customers by overstating its advantages, demand for that product rises.

As an example, people with complexes like inferiority complexes are more likely to be targeted because of their low stature and dark skin tone. By donning fashionable attire and applying potent face cleansers and creams, they modify their appearance. People experience an increase in self-assurance and optimism. As a result, producers make a large profit.

In light of the foregoing analysis, it is evident that many people imitate others. In order to stay current and to allay their irrational fears. Related to their skin color, facial features, and short stature.

Band 9 IELTS Essay

Nowadays, practically everyone wears the newest styles in clothing. For instance, we desire the most recent technology that our buddies are already using. What famous people wear influences the clothes we wear. This is a blatant indication that people enjoy copying others.

Because we desire to fit in, we copy. We don't want to stand out in a negative way. For instance, no one would show up to a gathering when the dress code is formal in a t-shirt and jeans, not even those who regularly wear casual attire. This is due to our intense need to be accepted. We don't want people to make fun of our fashion sense or other decisions. We want to come across as hip, fashionable, and trendy.

Fashion trends tend to be followed because of a fundamental human insecurity. We are concerned that if we don't act or dress like others, we might lose favor with them. Because they are already followed by millions of people, we follow celebrities. As a result, anything they recommend will be adopted widely. Additionally, it serves as proof that the item we are purchasing is a well-liked one. Nobody wants to squander money on a product that is unpopular.

Keeping up with trends is a fantastic method to make sure that other people are also purchasing a product, whether it is good or terrible. This kind of validates the buy. Therefore, if everyone is purchasing the most recent iPhone, that fact alone is compelling enough for us to do likewise. Even worse, if we don't receive it, it might mean we can't afford it.

Humans are social creatures who yearn for recognition and acclaim, to sum up. The simplest method to accomplish this is to follow others' lead. Simply expressing this innate human desire to fit in, fashion trends are just a form of this.
