The given maps represent the changes that have taken place in a health care center since 2005.

Through the maps, we can see that the main building has been extended and restructured. It is also seen that the size of the garden area has been reduced. It can also be noticed that the car park has been broadened so that the health care can serve more patients. It is evident that a minor operations room has been built on the top side, which is in the left-hand junction of the main building. Three consulting rooms have been restricted and re-structured. Those three consulting rooms are resettled to the bottom of the right-side corner of the building. Additionally, one new consulting room has been installed. One thing that remained constant in its area and service is the Physiotherapy room since 2005. Whereas the entrance service has been changed. It has been moved to the southwest area of the building. It is next to the new location of the reception desk which is again very close to a children’s new play area. The size of the office room has been reduced, also the main hall has been widened and more seats for people have been added all around the hall. We can also see that the car parking area has been extended and developed to make space for more than 18 new parking slots. The major distinction is the size of the garden which has been reduced to half the previous size. The fences have also been restructured in harmony with the new areas for the car park and the garden areas.

The provided plan A and B depicts the restructured building alongside the area of a health center in two different years since 2005 and the present time. Through the maps, we can see that the main building has been extended and restructured. It is also seen that the size of the garden area has been reduced. Over time, it is evident that the demand for health care increased leading to the reconstruction of the main building. We can see quite a lot of changes in the layout. In 2005, the main entrance was located in front of the health center with 12 car parking spaces outside. The new car parking area has been extended and developed to make space for more than 18 new parking slots. From the main entrance, the main hall has been widened and more seats for people have been added all around the hall for clients to wait for consultation. It is next to the new location of the reception desk for patients to register, which is again very close to a children’s new play area. Along with an office and a consultation room which were located on the left-hand side of the desk. Now on the right-hand side, two more consultation rooms were built to attend to clients. Eventually, a physiotherapy room was built behind the desk, which has been intact since 2005. In the present day, the layout of the center has been updated. According to the new layout, the main entrance of the health center is now situated in the left side corner of the center along with a reception desk. There is a large common area in the middle of the center for clients where seats are available alongside the wall. It is evident that a minor operations room has been built on the top side, which is in the left-hand junction of the main building. Lastly, to conclude the size of the car parking area has been increased up to 18 more car spaces, which is twice the earlier space.

It can be concluded that the health center has been remodeled and it has more rooms and less space for the garden these days compared to that of 2005. According to plan A, in 2005, the main entrance was located in front of the health center with 12 car parking spaces outside. The new car parking area has been extended and developed to make space for more than 18 new parking slots. According to the new layout, the main entrance of the health center is now situated in the left side corner of the center along with a reception desk. There is a large common area in the middle of the center for clients where seats are available alongside the wall. The physiotherapy room was located behind the second consulting room; its palace has been intact since 2005. The garden area outside the building was earlier more spacious and surrounded the health center. The renovation took place in the hospital and now there are additional facilities in the health center. Such as operating rooms for minor procedures and a place for children's recreation. It can also be observed that some changes were made in the reception room. It is visible that the entrance has been relocated to the left side of the building along with the reception desk. It is a few steps away from their entrance door. It is evident that a minor operations room has been built on the top side, it's in the left-hand junction of the main building, beside the physiotherapy room.
