Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

These days, there is debate over whether physical education should be required in schools. I believe that physical education can have a significant positive impact on students' academic performance. And I shall argue this claim throughout the article.

Regular exercise has beneficial effects on one's physical health. Physical activity helps people balance their calorie intake and lose weight, which prevents obesity in young people. For instance, playing sports at school while having fun burns a significant number of calories subconsciously.

Sports can also lower the risk of developing chronic illnesses including diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. In actuality, exercise gives muscles enough oxygen and enhances their power. Students that are physically active have more energy and won't get heart or lung illness later on.

Additionally, sports have a positive effect on kids' mental health.

Including physical activity in children's and teens' daily routines will not only help them stay healthy physically and intellectually. But will also protect them against a number of disorders like obesity, joint discomfort, heart diseases, etc. Depending on an individual's stamina, exercise can take many different forms, including cycling, running, and jogging. Second, exercise enhances concentration, which has significant academic benefits. Exercise benefits students' mental health and mood, allowing them to enjoy playing with their friends and picking up new gaming techniques. Additionally, it develops some beneficial personality traits and attributes in youngsters. For instance, team-building activities like football not only help kids improve their ability to operate as a team. But also show them how to attain success in life. Therefore, it is accurate to assume that exercise has psychological consequences on children's future.

To sum up, even if there are many strong arguments in favor of incorporating physical education into school curricula. I firmly believe that students' health both physically and mentally can benefit from exercise in school starting at a young age.

Band 8.5 IELTS Essay

The general fitness and health levels of education children are alarmingly declining in the majority of nations worldwide. All school pupils who are physically capable should be required to participate in athletics and physical education, according to health experts. I wholeheartedly support this notion since it will help children form positive fitness habits and build their personality.

Sport is an effective teaching tool that may impart important life skills to kids. They learn focus, discipline, and a solid work ethic from it. Only by working hard in our training, remaining focused, and using self-control can we achieve success. Another benefit of athletics is the development of behavior. Students pick up good or bad manners when they lose. They gain the ability to remain composed in the face of setbacks, which is a life skill that is worthwhile developing. Their capacity to bounce back swiftly from setbacks is also enhanced.

Sport undoubtedly fosters a spirit of competition. But it also teaches us to exercise restraint: a player must maintain composure under extreme pressure in order to stand a chance of succeeding. Students who possess this skill will benefit greatly in their academic assessments. In addition, team sports teach kids how to respect others and operate as a team. Employers place a high value on "team players," and behaviors. Like cooperation and communication help us not only prepare for the workplace but also for the rest of our lives.

Childhood habits are ingrained in individuals for the rest of our lives. A young person who consistently practices a physical sport has the opportunity to identify their talents and perhaps even pursue a career in sports. For these reasons, every student should be required to participate in sport and physical education in every educational setting.

In conclusion, it is undeniable that sport belongs in the educational curriculum. Children that actively participate in school athletics will become fit and active. They will also pick up valuable life lessons. As a result, all kids who can physically benefit from it should be required to take physical education classes.

Band 9 IELTS Essay

Being active and healthy is advantageous for the younger generation and generally acknowledged. As a result, all forms of exercise, yoga, and sporting events have to be made compulsory for all students in all schools. The message has my full support for two key reasons. In addition to keeping kids physically and intellectually fit. Exercise also aids in the prevention of many ailments.

Firstly, in my opinion, exercise of any kind—yoga, swimming, running, etc.—keeps a youngster in good physical and mental health. Children in the modern world, for instance, are overburdened with homework and get weary of spending lengthy periods of time reading from their textbooks. Exercise helps them deal with their stress right now, eventually allowing the kids to unwind while also keeping them active.

Second, because there are more eateries and fast-food outlets serving a variety of junk foods. And making them easily accessible to young children through delivery app services. They choose to eat these meals and as a result are more likely to contract various ailments.

For instance, a young child who frequently consumes unhealthy foods like burgers, pizza, cold drinks, etc. develops obese. In order to burn the additional calories and maintain their fitness and health, people must engage in some sort of physical exercise.

I believe that kids' curriculums should include physical education. Teenagers need to move more since health issues, particularly obesity, are becoming a growing concern. If practice and exercise were to be done for an amount of hours each week. It would benefit the students' general health because they assist in maintaining a nice and healthy body. Furthermore, there are many other advantages to sports besides fitness. Frequent action helps maintain mental clarity, reduces stress, and improves one's state of being and mood, according to contemporary study.

In conclusion, I would like to state that I totally agree with physical education. Including sports, should be required in all academic institutions for all students in order to keep them healthy, happy, and active. Additionally, this will allow them to pursue any sport as a career in the future and excel in life while bringing honor to their family and nation.
