Every day in our routine lives, we travel to a variety of places and interact with a variety of people. We occasionally meet people that catch our interest and make us curious about them, their personalities, and everything else. One such experience I had in the past is what I'd like to convey. The person I came into contact with was named Perrine Farque.

When you met him/her?

Perrine Farque was invited to give a guest talk at our school on decision-making as well as career advice. In India, she was on vacation. Perrine Farque is the generation's voice for inclusivity. Her success as a keynote speaker on inclusion and diversity led Computer Weekly to choose her as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech. Who he/she is?

Last year, in the month of December, I was out on a vacation for a trip to the mountains. There, I met a person who was a doctor and had his chamber right beside our homestay. I just met him once at a medical shop where I was buying medicines since one of my friends was dealing with breathing issues. His name was Dr. Vinayak Patil and he is one such person that can leave a long-lasting impression on anyone.

When you met him/her?

Dr. Vinayak is a medical doctor who specializes in medicine. On the second day, when we returned from trekking nearby, my friend had a serious attack. I rushed him to the doctor’s chamber. Dr. Vinayak was already with a patient, however, when his assistant informed him about the emergency case, he rushed to us. We explained everything right from the beginning. He told us that it was just shortness of breath and he will be fine very soon. However, he warned us that repeated attacks might put our friends at risk, thus, he told us to restrict our traveling and not to visit places that are too cold.

Why do you want to know more about him/her?

I asked one of my friends to take the other to the homestay and I stayed back until Dr. Patil was done examining the existing patient. After he came out, I had a talk with him about how could this problem be solved. He mentioned in a positive manner that it is not a problem. One might face difficulty in breathing at high altitudes. He rest assured us that he’ll always be available whenever there is a necessity for him.

And explain how you feel about him/her?

The reason I admire him until now is the positive approach he had for life. The way he prioritized his work over anything else and his down-to-earth nature.

I'm curious about this individual since he has such a bright outlook on life that I believe he might even resurrect someone on their deathbed. Furthermore, his capacity to assess his patients as "persons" rather than "helpless victims" teaches us a great deal about how to appreciate and cherish people.

We meet a lot of individuals in our lives. Only a few people, though, leave an indelible impression on us, and we long to encounter them again. I met someone a year ago, and I'd like to meet him again.

He has developed his career in motivational speaking and is one of the renowned motivational speakers in India. The name of this individual is Sandeep Maheshwari. Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari is a businessman who also happens to be a philanthropist. He does not make money from his audience, unlike other motivational speakers. A year back, I and some of my friends went to attend his workshop. The workshop dealt with shaping minds to make appropriate decisions. He went to great length regarding goal planning at the meeting. Most individuals, he believes, fail to achieve success because they establish unrealistic expectations. He stated that our objectives must be attainable and that we must gradually broaden our boundaries.

He used the example of gymming, suggesting that instead of striving for 10 pushups every day, he should shoot for twenty. The first week's goal should be two pushups, and the second week's goal should be four. We become encouraged to work more after completing little goals. My connection with him caused a paradigm change in my life, and I was able to attain success in my life by setting little goals.

Mr. Sandeep Mahehwari has a wealth of knowledge. I am confident that spending more time with him will provide him with useful information on themes such as willpower, mindfulness, dealing with failure, and many more. I believe that individuals like Sandeep Maheshwari are a blessing to our society. Moreover, he has a YouTube channel that he hasn’t monetized, however, he regularly posts videos or the assistance of students like us.
