The table given above shows the percentage of the employers in various sectors such as commerce, services, manufacturing, and building, who are facing the problems in finding the employees in the years 2003 and 2004. It is clearly observed from the table that the major problem was faced in finding the skilled worker staff and the less problems are faced in finding the technical and managerial staff.
In 2003, the percentage of difficulty in finding the skilled worker was almost the same in all the 4 sectors- commerce, services, manufacturing, and building. The least difficulty was faced in finding the technical and managerial staff in the commerce sector.
In 2004, the percentage of this problem has somewhat increased in all the sectors except the commerce sector as we have seen the decrease in percentage in finding unskilled and managerial staff. The percentage of the difficulty in finding the technical and managerial staff has become zero in the commerce sector.
In 2003, 20-26% of job providers faced difficulty in finding unskilled workers in all the 4 sectors. This percentage is increased in all the sectors except in the commerce sector as here, the percentage decreases from the 22% in 2003 to 19% in 2004. The percentage of difficulty faced in finding unskilled workers has increased from 26% to 28% in the manufacturing sector, 21% to 23% in the building sector and 20% to 29% in the services sector.
Hece, we can conclude this by saying that the technical and managerial staff was easy to find as compared to the skilled and unskilled workers. The overall employment rate was higher in the commerce sector in both the years.

In 2003, the percentage of difficulty in finding the skilled staff ranges from 41-47% in all the 4 sectors and in case of unskilled workers, this percentage ranges from 20-26%. This percentage is increased in both the cases when we move to the data of the year 2004 except in the case of the commerce sector in finding unskilled workers. The percentage of difficulty faced in finding unskilled workers in the commerce sector decreased from 22% in 2003 to 19% in 2004.
However in case of technical and managerial staff, the job providers faced less difficulty in finding the employees. The percentage of difficulty in finding this staff has almost decreased from 8-6% in the manufacturing sector, 14-10% in the building sector, 2-0% in the commerce sector, and 5-2% in the services sector.
We conclude it by saying that the most difficulty was faced in finding the skilled and unskilled workers and it was easy to employ the technical and managerial staff.

There is an increase in the percentage of difficulty faced in finding the skilled and unskilled workers from the year 2003 to 2004. The change in the percentage of difficulty faced by the employers in finding the skilled workers increased from 45% to 51% in the manufacturing sector, 42% to 45% in the building sector, 41% to 45% in the service sector, the decrease in percentage from 47 to 41% was seen in the commerce sector.
Now coming to the percentage of unskilled workers, it increases from 26% to 28% in the manufacturing sector, 21% to 23% in the building sector, 20 to 29% in the services sector and the decrease was observed from the 22% to 19% in the commerce sector. So, we can clearly say that when we study the data of the skilled and unskilled workers, the percentage is decreased in the commerce sector and the least problem was faced in finding the unskilled workers.
In case of technical and managerial staff, the percentage almost becomes zero in the commerce sector as the employers no longer face the difficulty in finding the technical staff in the commerce sector. In other sectors also, the percentage decreased from 8% to 6% in the manufacturing sector, 14% to 10% in the building sector and 5% to 2% in the services sector.
So, we can say that the maximum technical and managerial staff was employed in all the four sectors.
