Model Answer 1

The perks of continuing your career at one company are far too many. There are also advantages of job hopping as well. While pursuing the same job that you started with gives you a sense of fulfillment, job hopping helps with greater careers that could also be risky.
While being faithful to one company, it does bring you a sense of accomplishment. Most people who prefer comfort and great work culture as opposed to high salaries, choose to stay in the same company. It is easier in terms of promotion and also does give you a standard salary hike during yearly appraisals. People tend to get comfortable with their peers and their managers that brings them confidence in growing older with the company. Promotions are more likely for people who have stayed faithful to the organization for longer. There are also additional perks of having holiday leaves and a generous retirement package in the form of gratuity for private organizations. People are more respected for staying in the same company. The level of comfort is incomparable when holding on to the same job. Additionally, people who tend to stay in the same job are able to establish a wide and steady network of partners as well as long term supportive colleagues.
On the other hand, job hopping helps to improve a person’s technical and people skills. Such people tend to embrace risky situations. When trying to switch fields, people learn to hone their skills for life. Job hoppers tend to find job satisfaction in being able to put to use what they have learned from their previous experiences in their current job. This helps them receive recognition for their abilities. A lot of people have quit their desk jobs for something more dynamic as per their characteristics. One of the largest perks of job hopping are the lucrative packages that are offered in the market. Even though people do get internal hikes, the hikes that you receive while jumping to another job are brilliant. This is one of the major reasons for job changes.
What I believe is that job hopping offers a lot of advantages and is more likely to improve a person’s skillset. What a person mostly looks out for is job satisfaction and a sense of purpose. You will only get that if you stick to the same job for a major part of your career.

Model Answer 2

It is a prevalent belief among individuals that finding a job shortly after finishing school. And working in the same sector provides us with comfort and a better life. However, in my opinion, changing jobs and stepping out of one's comfort zone. Offers an individual more confidence and financial security than staying in the same location. Two points are presented in the following essay to support my claim.
To begin with, changing jobs after a three-year hiatus really strengthens your financial position. When a person moves from one business to another. He or she obtains a greater raise than if they stay at the same one and anticipate a decent raise. In India, for example, if we look at the average tax payment slip of IT workers. We can see that those who changed companies pay more tax. In addition, as a joining incentive. An employee receives a minimum of 30% salary growth and 15% of their yearly compensation.
Second, moving away from the safe zone allows an individual to have greater learning chances. It is highly suggested that you become acquainted with new technologies and put them into practice in a real-world setting. Furthermore, if we move companies, we must understand their processes and technologies. As a consequence, we get greater knowledge and confidence in our profession. For example, in Kerala, most working individuals are always attempting to expand their expertise by dabbling in several professions. Moreover, exposure to different fields enhances their chances of acquiring more hikes and being a useful resource.
To summarize, financial and work security are required for a better and more fulfilled existence. An individual gains the opportunity to learn new technologies and a higher compensation by changing organizations. After evaluating all of these factors, I propose that everyone step outside of their comfort zone and learn the most up-to-date procedure.

Model Answer 3

It is debatable if pursuing a profession early in life or changing jobs frequently will provide a person with higher work satisfaction. While I believe that job-hopping is a good option for people with less professional aspirations. I also believe that remaining in a stable position would give a more enjoyable experience.
People with frequent job transitions, on the one hand, are more likely to be dissatisfied with their present position. With this in mind, they might consider changing careers and immersing themselves in a new working environment. Furthermore, by doing so, students will have the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors and get more dynamic experiences. As a result of their interactions with people from other industries. They will come away with engaging stories and a diverse set of skills that will be useful in their future career. For example, famous author Haruki Murakami once said that his particular writing style. Was molded by his experiences as the proprietor of a jazz club and a marathon runner.
On the other hand, sticking to the same job for a long time may offer greater benefits. When given more time to learn the essential abilities for a certain occupation. A person has a better chance of rising up the career ladder and making a good living. Furthermore, being knowledgeable in a certain subject may be a big benefit. In terms of not just surviving in this competitive environment but also making more significant contributions.
These benefits will allow them to pursue whatever lifestyles or activities they choose without having to worry about money. For example, a businessman can go fishing without worrying about his children going hungry if he doesn't catch any fish. Just because he wants to be a fisherman.
To summarize, a person with a steady career or one who changes jobs frequently may feel varying levels of job satisfaction. I believe that the former will provide a superior overall living experience.
