Band 7 IELTS Essay

Working hard is the secret to success. It is widely accepted that the majority of people have achieved success as a result of their constant hard work. However, other people think that success may also be attributed to other important aspects. I completely agree that, regardless of other factors, success can only be attained by hard work.

From my perspective, I think that successful people not only work hard to achieve their goals, but they also frequently take clever actions. These diligent individuals are endowed with fundamental abilities like managing time. And punctuality that helps them advance their careers successfully. Additionally, they have a clear picture of success that keeps them awake until they reach their objective. As a result, people can only succeed through their own hard work.

Despite the fact that some people may not trust in luck, others believe it has had an impact on their performances and accomplishments. There are those who perform at a normal level at work yet are upgraded. By their superior despite being unable to make a substantial contribution to their companies. In a different instance, a few salespeople do not make aggressive approaches to potential customers, but their sales results are nonetheless above average. And these individuals firmly believe that their jobs have been negatively impacted by chance.

Some claim that additional important factors favor success more than others, though. They do admit that they think success is largely due to luck and innate abilities. Additionally, they believe that successful people used their parents' money for investments that propelled them along the road to success. However, I believe that success results from the aforementioned characteristics. In contrast, only those that put in a lot of effort will find true success. Evidently, this kind of achievement is regarded as the long-term actual achievement.

In summary, even while encouraging aspects are useful, working hard is the major factor. That offers a chance for actual accomplishment that endures throughout a person's lifetime. So, those who are confident in their ability to work hard reap the benefits of success.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Everyone aspires to achieve success in their lives. To achieve their goals, they have been working hard, studying, or both. Some people think that success comes from working hard. They contend that luck plays no influence in this situation. Success depends on how much work a person puts forth to achieve their goals rather than luck. However, I concur with the viewpoint since I believe that success depends on hard work, luck, and prayer.

People take many different actions to succeed in life, particularly in their employment. They devote the time necessary to working as long and as intensely as they can. They drive themselves to achieve success as their ultimate goal. People who are successful in this world are always responsible, honest, diligent, and fortunate.

People occasionally have a lot of self-assurance and only concentrate on their efforts. They are so focused on doing their absolute best to remember that there is something else crucial besides effort, and that is luck. While I don't want to downplay the value of effort, I do think that luck plays a role in how well our efforts turn out. For instance, there are times when people have given something their all but still failed to achieve their goals.

Many people overlook the fact that God, not themselves, is the greatest force in the cosmos. Furthermore, it doesn't make sense to believe that success can solely come from hard labor. Few people, despite their best efforts, are unable to realize their aspirations. They have invested a lot of time in making every effort. Who knows, though; they might receive something unexpected. So, was it just because of luck? Maybe, as the effort is insufficient to achieve accomplishment. We need both serendipity and unquestionably God.

In conclusion, I think that luck as well as effort have a role in success. Although each person has their individual luck and destiny, they must nevertheless make an effort. People ought to value the method over the product. Future events will rely on our efforts and the grace of the All-Powerful.

Band 9 IELTS Essay

People today think that luck has no place in success and that only those who work hard will achieve. I completely disagree with the criteria listed above since, as will be shown in the next essay. Luck is a necessary component of earning money and obtaining employment.

We must admit that without a thorough grasp of both what we do and how we perform it, we are unlikely to produce positive results. Millions of workers merely perform their tasks and never go further to understand what the process is all about. As a result, they only view the iceberg's visible side. Being paid a respectable income and receiving some bonuses has them feeling very content. These individuals value stability over change and do not seek out challenges. Even if it is incredibly tedious and uninteresting, they can spend their entire lives doing the same thing.

Second, individuals will be unable to find even a job without luck. For instance, when people are seeking a job. They search for them in newspapers and magazines without knowing what to expect. Instead, they rely solely on chance and attempt to locate a position that suits them. Furthermore, even at school, students occasionally receive marks by chance. Which implies that teachers occasionally mix up assignments and mistakenly mark students. Additionally, it's a blatant case of chance.

While luck is with us, it only helps when we put in the effort. If people rely solely on chance, they will not succeed. For instance, when faced with a difficult decision, people often rely solely on their instincts. However, if they put in the effort and gain a lot of knowledge, they will eventually be able to make the right choice because of their experience.

After examining all sides of the argument, I came to the conclusion that despite their best efforts. Humans will always require a small amount of luck in order to succeed in life.
