Band 6 IELTS Essay

Nowadays, it's common knowledge that a child's potential for success is influenced by their parents' upbringing. I support it because I believe that a child's personality is influenced by their upbringing and that children often follow their parents' routines and behaviour. Parents serve as models for their young children and can encourage further growth in them. Children frequently strive to surpass their parents in order to get their approval.

So parents who demonstrate their own success and share the strategies they used to get there can inspire their kids to grow and progress in their own lives. For instance, wealthy people's children are frequently predisposed to work just as hard as their parents do. Specifically in order to uphold the family's good name and fortune. A child's successful mindset and perspective on the world can be developed by their parents. Because success is influenced not only by the quality and quantity of knowledge but also by a person's attitude and motivation. This influence is crucial for the younger generation in addition to their academic education. For instance, the globe is full of educated individuals, yet only a small number of them are successful and diligent workers. In conclusion, a child's success is greatly influenced by the nurturing provided by parents. I believe that parents should constantly be concerned with their child's growth since they are viewed as role models for the child to emulate. And with whom the child will spend the most significant period of his or her life. Love and attention are necessary for every child. They require encouragement and someone to hold their hand. They require someone to teach them the difference between good and wrong. They won't bloom if it happens because they will wilt.

Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

The majority of young people nowadays over the world do not seem to be as successful as their parents, according to what we may observe or hear. At the same time, other individuals contend that a child's success is influenced by the way their parents raise them. First and foremost, parents and the manner in which they raise their children have the greatest impact on the success of a child. Because most kids want to mimic what their parents do. Furthermore, from an early age, parents must take care of their children.

For instance, data from all across the world demonstrate that many young people nowadays engage in undesirable behaviours. And one of the primary causes is the following: inadequate attention, their social behaviour, disregard for their surroundings, and how they were raised. Additionally, children or teenagers who are not properly raised by their parents might cause issues for society (like a thief). As a result of their upbringing since childhood, many young people, however, succeed at an early age—oftentimes when they are only 18 or 19 years old. As an illustration, take the case of the 19-year-old singer Billie Ellish, who is more well-known than most. She also adds that parents have a bigger part than others in a person's development than any other group. And that no one succeeds if they don't work on improving themselves. To sum up the above views, we can conclude that a child's success is based on both the environment in which they are raised and the method they are raised in. Similarly, if you do not work on yourself diligently and without ceasing, success will not come to you.

Band 7 IELTS Essay

Some people believe that a child's upbringing determines their future success. Since parents have the biggest impact on their children during their formative years. I concur wholeheartedly with this idea. A child is similar to a lump of clay. It can be shaped as you want. If parents teach their children moral principles, it is quite unlikely that they will depart when they are adults. In the same way, if parents support their children in working hard and having high dreams, they are likely to succeed in the future.

It is not difficult to understand that all highly successful persons had strong parental influences in their lives if we look at their biographies. In the case of Mohandas Gandhi, parents had a significant influence. Indira Gandhi's father Nehru had a significant impact on her. APJ Abdul Kalam also described in his book how his personality was formed by the straightforward and devoted attitude of his parents. Children who are raised by parents who lack moral principles, on the other hand, frequently engage in antisocial behaviour as they get older. That explains why children with criminal backgrounds become criminals nearly often. During their formative years, they lacked a mentor who could have guided them in the proper direction, so they chose to follow their parents' example. Having a criminal record also increases the likelihood that a child has been neglected or abused by their parents. All things considered, it is clear that parents have a significant impact on how their children develop both as people and as future adults. They must make sure they are directing their kids in the right direction because they are their children's primary and most important influence. For every child, love and care are essential. They need someone to hold their hand and encourage them. They need to be taught the difference between right and wrong by someone. If it happens, they will wilt and not blossom.
