Model Answer 1

Many people are reluctant to address an audience or deliver a presentation. Unfortunately, this handicap interferes with both their social and professional lives. I believe that effective communication skills are crucial for success in life and it impacts every sphere of a person’s life.
First off, the majority of contact in our day and age takes place via phone calls and the internet. Even though you don't always get to interact with others, you must do so constantly. Therefore, having effective communication skills is crucial, especially when working with clients from other countries.
Second, talking to others in the community is crucial because it fosters and improves a person's communication skills. Also, someone with strong public speaking abilities can pique the interest of those around them. Finally, a strong speaker can also be a strong leader. Because then, he can represent and defend the interests of the people by speaking up when their fundamental rights are violated in a court of law. Furthermore, in a public assembly, or another government office. Only an effective orator can lead and pursue justice.
A person's communication abilities can improve their personality, which has a positive impact on their professional development. Someone with strong speaking skills may prevail in a job interview over those who lack confidence. Since the interviewer is drawn to applicants with good speaking skills. To succeed in life's competition, one must develop their communication abilities.
In conclusion, I reiterate that a person with strong communication skills and self-assurance can slant the life graph in all spheres. It can even disguise a lack of experience, in fact. A person who has an ability to speak in front of people is often seen as well-informed. In addition, they are self aware and confident people, making them gain more opportunities in their life.

Model Answer 2

Speaking in front of many people involves a lot of guts, self-assurance, and willpower. Most people lack this skill due to its demanding and challenging character. It is often accompanied by anxiety, fear of judgement and displays low-confidence. Because of its importance in everyday life, some schools have made it a mandatory component of the curriculum.
Presentation is crucial to professional growth in both the classroom and the workplace. Researchers at universities employ this strategy to communicate their thoughts and conclusions; their grasp on this talent is vulnerable to success. The better they are at public speaking, the more opportunities they will have to persuade and satisfy their audience. In order to increase the sale of their products, several sales companies also employed competent presenters. Successful agents receive numerous incentives from their employers in the form of cash and gifts.
There is no doubt that youngsters are more inclined to learn during their childhood. Early practice in public speaking would help them overcome their shyness and increase their self-confidence. The continuation of this training in subsequent classes will enable them to attain their ambitious goals of public speaking. With this, they will be able to deliver it anywhere. It can, however, occasionally hinder a student's development. A substantial number of kids exhibit distress while participating in this activity.
In conclusion, I would like to state that presentation should be a required activity in schools. It will not only boost student confidence but will also assure their success in the future. Parents and instructors should encourage students to engage in these tasks and endeavour to overcome their difficulties in this area. And, without a doubt it will help them overcome their self doubt, and anxiety related to it.

Model Answer 3

Few people find it difficult to deliver a speech or lecture in front of large groups. Today's general public actually lacks this ability, despite the fact that many individuals believe it should be taught in elementary schools. I firmly agree that this ability should be included in the school curriculum.
To begin, why is public speaking considered so important? In general, giving a presentation or giving a speech greatly enhances a person's confidence. It is not necessary to always speak in front of a large audience in this situation; a topic may also be presented in front of smaller groups. When someone speaks clearly and without hesitation, it is assumed that they are well-informed and deserving of respect. For instance, if someone attends an interview and speaks confidently with the interviewers, they will undoubtedly be rewarded with a job offer.
However, in my opinion, academics should include oratory skills. Speaking is an essential skill for students to learn, yet many schools today solely emphasise writing and reading as part of their curriculum. To make all of the students fluent speakers, secondary schools should offer additional speaking lessons. Furthermore, it will drive away fear and improve their communication skills. For example, by giving pupils a limited number of themes, they can force them to participate in elocutions and paper presentations. Making it a part of the academic curriculum will therefore be more advantageous to a large audience.
In short, public speaking is viewed as a significant component of both the personal and professional spheres of life. It will enhance students' careers and enable them to become effective public speakers if they can get over their fear of speaking in front of large groups.
