Band 7 IELTS Essay

The global marketplace has recently become more competitive. We become who we are mostly as a result of the things we do when we are young. While some argue that participating in team activities is preferable. Some people believe that kids should work on projects by themselves. On the one hand, children who spend their free time alone have full influence over the circumstances they will confront in the future.

However, this might prevent many of them from growing in terms of interpersonal abilities, which would then cause a lack of confidence. For instance, my eldest relative spent his whole childhood in utter isolation from other kids. Every time he encounters a group of people, he now struggles with a lack of confidence. Therefore, growing up alone could encourage some positive behaviours. However, it is undoubtedly ineffective in fostering confidence, which is crucial in later life. On the other hand, kids who grow up in a social environment tend to be brave and talkative. They have a propensity to make irrational and dangerous choices, which are essential in the modern entrepreneur world. As an illustration, ever since he was a young child, my brother has offered to lead any team effort that was conceivable. He was able to use it to advance to his current position as CEO of the business. Therefore, interacting with people from an early age develops the courage needed for future problems. In conclusion, spending quality time by themselves could aid children in understanding the various facets of a problem. They might develop into an introvert as a result. As an alternative, working with a team will help them develop the interpersonal skills necessary for success. Parents should therefore urge their kids to participate in as many social activities as they can.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

It's commonly believed that getting kids involved in planned group activities during their free time is good for them. However, this viewpoint is challenged by a number of arguments. Personally, I believe that spending time with others is preferable to being alone with kids. On the one hand, proponents of this viewpoint assert that participating in structured group activities helps kids become more sociable. And assimilate more readily into other civilizations as they grow up.

The best way for people to improve their communication and social awareness is through engagement with others. A child who participates in theatre, for instance, feels more comfortable expressing himself in front of an audience. Football players are also aware of the importance of working as a team to succeed. Another claim is that children's challenges make them stronger and enable them to develop as people via those bittersweet experiences. Contrarily, individuals who disagree with this viewpoint contend that it is preferable for kids to learn how to pass their spare time apart from groups. Due to the problems they may face, many parents have been suffering from dissatisfaction with their kids following a negative experience with their friends. It progresses to a genuine complex and social isolation. For instance, numerous studies have shown that bullying, both verbal and physical, is pervasive in certain settings. Additionally, youngsters experience some stress as a result of the merging of different groups. Because they must balance their studies with the performance requirements of the activity they are engaged in. It is not simple. In conclusion, it appears to be difficult for parents to determine whether enrolling their child in a group is a smart choice or not. Some point to the negative effects of these activities on our kids' behaviour and growth. Others bring up the benefits. Despite the difficulties, I wholeheartedly concur with the last viewpoint: parents should urge their offspring to engage with society rather than isolate them.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Some people think that their children should have participated in some kind of cooperation activity in their free time. Others assert that their children must develop all of these skills on their own. I wholeheartedly concur with the earlier comment. Both views will be covered in this article along with pertinent examples. Those that encourage their children to perform in the unit during their free time think they can pick up some unusual skills.

By leading from the front, they can develop leadership skills such as cooperation with one another. For instance, some kids are attempting to construct an automobile while watching videos online. However, they must split the labour among the crew in order to succeed with their project. Few people will create the car's body. While some people will need to fabricate the engine and transmission components. All of the electronic work will be handled by others. They can develop their teamwork abilities and other skills in this way. Including design, mechanics, and electronics. If someone chooses to go it alone, it will be difficult. On the other hand, some people believe that their children have picked up all of their skills on their own when they are free. Although it will be a lonely path for them to travel, they will learn more moral lessons and expand their experience. For instance, they wouldn't know how to put the furniture together. They only read the instruction manual. This means that at first, they are only connecting pieces as instructed in the handbook. Eventually, they will gain knowledge and experience. Self-learning is also an effective method of learning new things. Nobody in this world has a better understanding of a person than that person themselves. In conclusion, group activities are crucial for teaching children soft skills like cooperation and teamwork. But at the same time, children's progress depends more on their own learning processes. I believe that the most important way to develop oneself is through self-learning.
