Topic: Parents are the best teachers. Do you agree or disagree?

Model Answer 1

Matthew L Jacobson quoted that “Behind every child who believes in himself is a parent who believed first.” This major statement appreciates the popular belief that parents are the best teachers a child can have. There are twenty-four hours in a day and the child stays in contact with its parents longer than his/her teacher or peers. In my opinion, the statement associated with this essay is true.

When a baby is born, the first nurturing contact he/she has with their mother. In their growth stage, the child comes in contact with several others such as siblings, grandparents and other relatives that play a crucial role in their all round development. Parents are the ones who teach their children their first words, how to sit, walk, and basic etiquette, laying the groundwork for their education. As their children grow from a newborn to a young boy, parents prepare them for the "real world" with patience and love that no one else in the world can provide.

Adolescence is a particularly trying period in a person's life. Because they are confused and readily affected, most people are quickly swayed from their intended course of action. Parents have a critical role in their children's life throughout this period. They not only guide but also serve as role models for their children.

If a child deviates from the path, it is their obligation to help them get back on course without punishing or demotivating them. Aside from that, a child begins imitating their parents at an early age. As a result, they are a real mirror of their parents, and their personalities are influenced by their parents' personalities and behaviors. If the parents are sober and educated, for example, the youngster will most likely grow up to be stable and knowledgeable. Children of criminals, on the other hand, suffer the weight of their parents since society views them as corrupt, even if they are well-behaved. As a result, they grow cynical and disillusioned.

Teachers, on the other hand, are more important than parents in specialized education. They require their instructor to explain topics to them, despite the fact that their parents can assist them. Furthermore, some parents have a tendency to favor their children and give them unfair benefits. Fortunately, this is a small number.

Finally, while instructors are important in a kid's life, parents are the first and finest teachers for their children since they are present by their side and can see how a child grows from a newborn to an adult.

'Whether parents are our best instructors or not' is a never-ending discussion, with supporters and opponents on both sides. Both have a significant impact on a child's learning, but in my opinion, parents outnumber instructors when it comes to educating their children.

To begin with, I'd want to clarify that a teacher is not just someone who takes a text book and reads texts from it to a pupil. A teacher, on the other hand, is someone who commits their time to teaching others what they need to know in order to go to the next level.

Morality, the complexities of life, subject matter knowledge, art, science, history, and the value of time are all things that cannot be taught through academic literature, and a good teacher is someone who can teach these things to someone else.

We can readily compare our parents and instructors now that we understand the genuine duty of a teacher. It is considerably more vital to learn from our parents than it is to learn from our instructors. I don't disagree that our instructors provide us with tremendous information throughout our academic careers, but what we acquire from our parents is incomparable. Our parents teach us how to survive, communicate, and discern between good and evil, as well as vital life values, morals, and other topics. Teachers later assist us in expanding our knowledge, horizons, and perspectives on life, but our parents lay the foundation and lay the groundwork for us.

Nothing in this world compares to the sacrifices made by our parents to guarantee that we have a better life. Consider a student who is unable to pay his or her monthly school fees; he or she will be expelled from school, and his or her cherished professors will be few and far between to assist him or her. On the other side, the parents would always be there for their child, making every attempt to assist them.

In conclusion, the things we learn from our teachers are important for our lives, and we prepare for the future with those valuable lessons and knowledge, but the things we learn from our parents shape who we are, who we become, and their contribution is far more important than the contribution of traditional academic teachers, which is why, in my opinion, parents are the best teachers.

Every individual's life revolves around their parents. They are the most effective educators. I completely agree with this remark, and I'll explain why in the following lines.

Children learn how to speak with one another from their parents early in life. They are the first gurus in their students' lives, teaching them about moral principles, love, and affection. The child's habits and behavior are influenced by the familial setting in which they live. If parents offer a decent environment for their children, they will develop excellent etiquettes for acting in various situations. Local governments performed a poll in 2019 that revealed that children learn 80 percent of what they know from their parents.

They demonstrated that, prior to schooling, parents are the finest teachers for their children, constantly guiding them in the proper route.

At never point did parents leave their children alone. They are constantly with them in the form of blessings and give direction in order for them to succeed in life. Parents do not care about the age of their children; they continue to impart life lessons to their children whenever they are in need. The news was published in the journal 'The Tribune,' where the editor stated that more than half of youngsters rely on their parents for their education rather than school lecturers.

To summarize, parents are always regarded as children's first instructors because they begin learning from family members. It is the child's environment that aids in learning numerous things from various types of people.
