The table given above depicts the number of cell phones and computers per 1000 people in 2003 in six different countries, namely- Luxemburg, Italy, Singapore, Germany, South Korea and China. It is observed that the highest number of cell phones and PCs were used by the people of Luxemburg. Whereas, the least number of PCs and cell phones were owned by the Chinese.

Among all countries, Luxemburg had the most cell phone and PC Owners (872 and 900 per 1000 people respectively) as compared to China, which had the lowest owner for the same electronic device and made up 35 and 88 per thousand people respectively. Italy was the second highest with 737 cell phones and 480 computer users per thousand citizens.

Singapore had almost the same number of computer users and cell phone users. It constituted approximately 700 per thousand people. Germany and South Korea had lower users of the mobiles as compared to other countries, accounting for 586 and 380 per thousand citizens, except only China. In contrast, an equal number of personal computer holders lived in Germany and South Korea with almost half of their number of citizens (452 per thousand).

The table drawn above illustrates the number of cell-phones and computers per thousand people in 2003 in six countries, namely – Luxemburg, Italy, Singapore, Germany, South Korea and China. It is clear that Italy has more cell phone owners as compared to the number of PC owners and Germany, whereas in the other given countries the number of PC owners was more.

Iti is noticed that the highest number of cell phones and PCs (872 and 900 per thousand people respectively) was found in Luxemburg. But China had the least number of cell phones (35) and PCs (88) per thousand people. The highest difference was observed in Italy where the cell phones were owned by 737 per 1000 people and PC owners were only 480 per 1000 people. Germany and South Korea had the same number of PC owners and the number of cell phone owners per 1000 people were 580 and 360.

Overall, the cell phone and PC ownership was high in all given countries, except for China, where it was the lowest.

Singapore has the same number of PC and mobile phone owners that contributes approximately 700 people per thousand. The highest range was shown by Luxemburg that has the cell phone owners as 872 per thousand people and the PCs owner as 900 per thousand people. When we look at China, they has the minimum numbers of these owners that make up 35 per thousand people for mobile phones and 88 per thousand people for PCs.
