Topic: Nowadays the population of the world is increasing rapidly. New homes and accommodation should be built for this additional population. Some believe that more houses should be constructed in existing towns and cities. Others believe that creating entirely new towns in the countryside to accommodate these houses is the best way. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Model Answer 1

The challenge of finding enough room to accommodate the growing urban population has arisen. There are numerous proposals pouring in from all directions, with some suggesting that. It would be preferable to create new cities in the countryside, while others believe that extending current metropolitan areas is a better alternative.
Developing and expanding additional locations would be a viable alternative. As big urban areas already have the required knowledge and resources to handle the increased fuel demand. A pre-existing network of utilities and services would not necessitate a large investment or starting from scratch. This may prove to be extremely cost-effective. The reason for this is simple: the new development plans would be executed swiftly. Since they would not encounter procedural obstacles and would not need a large number of clearances and fines. Furthermore, owing to the near vicinity of every possible facility. As well as employment, education, and entertainment places, the charm of existing metropolitan areas refuses to go away. As a result, extending an existing setup appears to be a preferable alternative. As it would not only quickly amortize the authorities' investments. But also confine the residents of the city center to a small premise and region.
However, shifting population pressure to new locations in the countryside appears to be a viable option. As developing new locations would not only provide a wonderful opportunity to correct past urban planning mistakes. But also the opportunity to establish a bustling urban location with an up to date plan that meets all modern requirements. As a result, I believe that establishing brand new sites outside of decaying metropolitan centers is a preferable alternative.

Model Answer 2

In today's modern world, the global population has steadily increased to the point that it has become humanity's most serious concern. The causes for this increase will be examined in this article.
The fact that the world's population has risen dramatically might be attributable to a variety of factors. To begin with, the twenty-first century's increasing life expectancy allows individuals to live longer. According to current study, people nowadays live longer than those in the past. This might be owing to advances in medical technology that allow for the cure and prevention of illnesses that were previously untreatable.
People nowadays, on the other hand, are more educated, allowing them to get a good job in a well-paid firm. To put it another way, they are financially secure and therefore able to have more children. I agree that the world's population continues to increase, and that this is the government's biggest concern. This is because citizens in third-world nations may face issues such as poverty. There may not be enough resources to fulfill their needs, resulting in more hunger.
Furthermore, the illness will most likely spread quickly as the world's population grows. The more congested a community is, the easier it is for disease to spread, especially airborne infections. To summarize, a variety of causes contribute to the world's population growth, and I believe that it is the most pressing issue we face today. However, I believe that the government may take a number of steps to address this issue and reduce the potential bad consequences for our lives.

Model Answer 3

According to the most current data released by the United Nations World Census, the world's population is growing. And as a result, so are people's housing needs. Many advocates urge increasing the number of rooms in current metropolitan areas. While others advocate for city growth into the countryside. In the interests of nature and humanity as a whole, I agree with the latter position.
When we look at the current scenario in most metro centers throughout the globe, we can see that they are already densely inhabited. Building more structures will not only densify the city, but will also have an impact on many other elements of human existence. To begin with, there may be a scarcity of resources. Such as land, water, and other natural resources, all of which can raise the cost of living in cities. For example, Mumbai is India's most crowded metropolis, where the cost of land and other necessities has risen to unprecedented heights. Second, greater development in previously unoccupied areas can help to minimize the number of open spaces. That might cause traffic congestion on roads and streets, at the expense of the visual appeal of the area. Finally, cities' environments are becoming increasingly polluted as a result of increased population and activity.
Greater the dwellings will be, the more pollution in cities. On the other hand, expanding into the countryside may compel the government to provide more infrastructure. Such as roads, water supply, and entertainment. As a result, the villagers' living conditions can be enhanced as a result of the advancements. Furthermore, the countryside's atmosphere is clean and calm, which is helpful to one's personal and social wellbeing. Finally, expanding into underdeveloped areas can help the country thrive economically.
In a rural region, businesses and residents may employ more inexpensive resources. Such as land, labor, and other services, which will result in more jobs for villagers outside of conventional vocations. Allowing communities to flourish both personally and economically. To sum up, it is correct to state that everything in excess is harmful. Moving to the countryside, rather than overcrowded cities, will be the greatest alternative for overall growth.
