Band 7 IELTS Essay

It's been claimed that learning never stops. However, it seems that today's youth are less motivated to learn and instead prefer alternative indoor hobbies, such as playing video games. This article will look at the reasons why students are losing interest in learning as well as some strategies to entice them to pick it back up.

First and foremost, the fact that there are technological gadgets available to kids today is a major factor in their lack of interest in studying. Additionally, because both parents are working, the children receive less guidance, which increases their desire in learning new things.

Additionally, in today's fast-paced world, people are more career-focused and rush to establish their careers after finishing school rather than learning. They are unable to pursue their goal of learning because of this. Due to the obvious emphasis on repetition and/or their persistently low test scores. Many students find studying to be tedious and would rather quit school and look for employment. Furthermore, environmental variables cannot be disregarded because others will give up on their academic endeavors. If discipline is lax and the majority of kids within the same class do not study. The attitudes of their families also have a big impact on them. Since many families are too preoccupied with their own jobs to give their children the attention they need. Which causes the kids to have a bad attitude about school.

There are numerous ways to encourage people to learn. First and first, individuals must be made aware of the advantages of further education. Which might be a good notion to encourage learning among school-age individuals. Additionally, parents should use a variety of methods to encourage their kids to continue learning long after school. College administrators should take proactive measures to encourage people to develop a habit of learning.

To sum up, learning results in knowledge. Knowledge is a weapon that can protect you from a variety of problems. As a result, one should never stop learning in order to live in any situation.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

A growing number of young pupils today have negative opinions toward education. Such a phenomenon can be explained primarily by one factor. In this essay, I'll go into further detail about the problem and offer workable alternatives to boost students' motivation.

Most young people's bad attitudes about learning are mostly brought on by outdated teaching strategies. For instance, many schools today, particularly primary and intermediate schools, continue to prioritize reading books. It is a core subject, evaluating students solely by having them mechanically memorize the textbook. Therefore, strict instruction will eventually result in a lack of interest and drive for learning. Even worse, pupils will feel like they are wasting their time and will ultimately learn nothing. Because education has become a burden and a tedious activity for children, they naturally have a tendency to leave school.

However, there are several effective steps that could be taken to address this issue. First and foremost, teachers must foster a growth mentality by reading more and going to relevant lectures or conferences. They will become more knowledgeable and talented as a result, strengthening their teaching talents. It is by including additional course components to spark students' interest. Second, school administrators might introduce motivating rewards for academic advancement, such as prizes for effective teachers. Additionally, instructors who refuse to develop might face some appropriate penalty. Last but not least, from the viewpoint of governments, funding distribution to schools and instructors for doing educational research is necessary and crucial. This will likely increase the effectiveness of the instruction and draw in additional visitors.

In conclusion, young people will have no choice but to leave school if teachers and schools adhere to outdated teaching philosophies. Students will be encouraged to develop a desire and inclination for studying. Though, as a result of the collaboration and development of educational resources by instructors, schools, and local authorities.

Band 9 IELTS Essay

Nowadays, a large percentage of young adults who complete their education have a negative attitude about education. I want to pinpoint the root reasons of this problem and provide some appropriate remedies in this essay.

Numerous school dropouts' unfavorable attitudes toward learning are a result of a variety of causes. First of all, academic performance is typically given much more attention in schools than practical abilities. Unfortunately, when students complete their education, they realize that practical skills are much more important in society. And the workplace is more than academic performance; as a result, school-leavers are dissatisfied and lose interest in learning.

Second, the majority of teachers in schools continue to instruct their students using traditional methods that promote memorization and standardized testing. Students believe that education is a difficult process that is not at all stimulating as a result. Finally, education is not valued highly enough in contemporary culture. Fortunately, there are a number of efficient treatments available for this illness. The necessity for education to be tailored to students' needs in terms of their future careers and personal lives may be the most pressing issue. In essence, schools must consider how to satisfy changing societal demands and give students more useful information and skills. Similar to this, it is the duty of teachers to alter their methods of instruction. In essence, teachers should pique students' enthusiasm for learning by using more engaging approaches in the classroom. Because their pedagogies directly affect whether or not they love studying. And last, the government is in charge of encouraging education.

It is past time for the government to start educating the populace so that children will recognize the value of learning more. As I find it difficult to think that our new world would regard education less and less.

In conclusion, an increasing percentage of young people find that learning is not enjoyable once they graduate from high school for a variety of reasons. Therefore, I think the answer is to implement measures like shifting the emphasis of schools. Improving instructors' pedagogical approaches, and highlighting the importance of education.
