Topic: In some areas of the US, a curfew is imposed, in which teenagers are not allowed to be out of doors after a particular time at night unless they are accompanied by an adult.

Safety has long been regarded as the top concern for humans and as their top priority. Nowadays, many parents are concerned about the safety of their children due to the increase in violent crime. That is why a significant legislation prohibiting children from being outside after a certain hour at night has been established in various US locations. They must be accompanied by an adult outside if they are to be alone. Personally, I think this is a bad idea.

Although it is true that the outside world can be dangerous, forbidding teenagers from going outside at night is not the best course of action. Being denied this privilege won't fix the issue because everyone has a natural need to feel safe and it is also their legal right to do so. Teenagers are more rebellious than adults, therefore the matter is made even more difficult when they are involved. If they are prevented from hanging out with their friends at nighttime just because the location is unsafe at that time, they will respond angrily. For instance, many kids leave their homes beyond that time in order to meet up with their gangs and commit crimes.

However, as was already noted, eliminating the problem won't be of any assistance. Governments should endeavor to give inhabitants considerably quieter neighborhoods. And reassure them by boosting the amount of cops who are guarding different districts. Because violence should be taken seriously. Though initially it could be challenging for the government to manage, it would undoubtedly benefit them more in the long run.

In conclusion, prevention has never presented a better situation. It merely led to a greater degree of complexity. Therefore, if the government intends to take meaningful action in response to such events. It had better delve further and consider the issue from several angles. Finding the causes of such an unsettling and dangerous scenario must come first.

A "curfew" appears to be enforced in various parts of the United States. Some people concur with that, while others think it violates human rights. I'll go over both the advantages and disadvantages of this claim in this essay.

In some dangerous places, a curfew may be implemented, which indicates there are a lot of criminals there; in other words, this happens frequently. Teenagers could be at danger or become involved in a crime if they venture out at night in this neighborhood. Because they are unable to defend themselves or ask for assistance, I suppose that no one could see them.

Some people believe a curfew shouldn't be implemented, though. Both the law and human rights are violated. Some people think it's a good idea to let teenagers discover and experience things on their own so they can distinguish between what's right and bad.

Boyhood issues can arise anywhere in the world, so in some areas of the USA. It is forbidden for teenagers to go outside alone after midnight since they lack maturity. And are therefore prone to believing anything or anybody. As a result, the perpetrator may use them inadvertently. For instance, a recent New York Times investigation said that more than 40% of pre-adults in America have a variety of issues and are outside after dark. To put it more precisely, the curfew is the best opportunity for minors to venture outside after dark, protecting US pre-adults from unfavorable effects.

To sum up, teens in the US are secure because curfews are enforced, preventing them from being outside after dark. Youth may have passed them by, so grownups can handle any problems. However, I believe that a teenager can go outside with any adult, so I wholeheartedly concur with the latter viewpoint. I'm hoping that this procedure will help create a secure society.

In conclusion, teen nighttime travel should be discouraged in hazardous areas. The education of both parents and children is more crucial.

Band 9 IELTS Essay

Teenagers cannot venture outside unsupervised in many areas of the United States after midnight because of the installation of a "curfew." This action, in my opinion, deprives adolescents of a fundamental human right to freedom of movement. And might even have an impact on how confident they feel as adults.

To begin with, the US constitution guarantees that everyone has the constitutional right to enjoy the outdoors. Akin to depriving young people of that fundamental right is to forbid them from leaving the house at night without a parent or other adult supervision. Teenagers' safety might, of course, be at risk from a variety of factors while they are out late. But preventing people from leaving is hardly the answer to this issue. Instead, educators and parents should educate kids about the heinous crimes that frequently occur at night. Including drug misuse, rape, kidnapping, and looting. When kids are knowledgeable, they can better protect themselves and can spend any amount of time outside without fear.

Furthermore, it's not always possible to go out with an adult, especially because many kids have parents or other caregivers who work late hours. For example, teenagers who are the children of doctors, nurses, paramedics, and staff of 24-hour stores are typically home alone at night. It can be challenging for these kids to locate a familiar adult who can go out with them at night. If they have urgent errands to run or late-night events to attend, this could get them into trouble. Even going home alone at night from a friend's or relative's house can get them into trouble, therefore scenarios like these should be avoided.

In conclusion, I believe that teenagers should be permitted to go outside at night. They should have access to technology and information to protect themselves against difficult situations. They will become more independent and self-assured as a result of these actions, and they will have the freedom to live their own lives as they like.
