It may be identified that the environmental concerns regarding the depletion of the natural resources has caused massive issues impacting the climate change and disturbing ecological balance.

It is essential that effective measures are planned and implemeted immediately in order to protect these natural resources for the future generation. One of the biggest reasons for the high consumption and depletion of natural resources is the growing population and their increasing demand. Accordingly, the lifestyle pattern of people are becoming more and more luxurious. People are increasingly buying cars as a means to travel from one place to another and the consumption of petroleum has been increasing resulting in air pollution and further decraese in the natural resource. Secondly, urbanisation is taking place on a massive scale with vehemently resulting in deforestation. For instance, clearing up of forest areas to establish major residential projects and develop cities has become a common phenomenon while lack of further plantation of trees is resulting in ecological disbalance. In order to solve these problems, it is essential that different governments in the countries are able to collaborate with national and local level environmentalists. Band 6 IELTS Essay

The contemporary world is experiencing extreme use of natural resources which is having impeding effects on the environment. The primary cause of the overconsumption of natural resources is the increaisng demand to fulfil the human needs. As a result, the impact on the environment due to increase in greenhouse gases and overutilisation of the natural resources resulting in its depletion is a concerning issue. In order to deal with these alarming situations, it is essential that active measures are being taken in the society.

There is massive danger in the over consumption of natural resources like resource depletion will force humans to deal with a scarcity of fuels and materials. When oil becomes scarce, it becomes more expensive, and transportation will become less accessible and economical. Deforestation has also led to massive decrease in the availability of wood for the making of furniture. This has been impacting businesses who depend on natural wood to produce their products. The depletion in the natural resources would eventually jeopardize the operations of thousands of businesses. It would further affect livelihoods of millions of people employed in these industries. There are some steps that can be made to address the issue of overconsumption of natural resources. One of the viable solutions that can be used is that of energy efficient resources like wind or solar energy for producing electricity. People could consume those products that acquire less power and are energy efficient. Government should implement measures to deploy solar panels within the industries and houses to reduce the consumption of gas. Solar cells, for example, are currently sold in tiny quantities and at a rather high price; they should be made more accessible and affordable to the general people. Finally, natural resource protection and recovery, including fisheries and forests, must be governed by law.In conclusion, the natural resources in the world is being exploited massively and actions to reduce human activities impacting environment is required.

For the survival of the human kind people have been depending on the use of natural resources like oil, forests and freshwater. While freshwater and oil is becoming scarce in the world, forests are depleting from the natural environment. Certainly, effective measures needs to be undertaken in order to ensure that the conservation of the environment is endured.

Human being rely havily on the natural resources for their daily life. The dependence of the people on non-renewable resources are higher which would eventually lead to absolute scarcity of the resources. Accordingly, the impact is likely to be felt by the future generation who would face the scarcity of the natural resources and would have to depend on expensive items to fulfil their needs. However, economic growth has increased dependency on natural resources and hence, requires to be conserved as well. This implies that active influence of human activities can be highly detrimental to the environment disturbing the entire ecosystem altogether. It becomes important for environmentalists to come in collaboration with governments and private institutions to ensure that they are able to gather up active plans and decisions to minimise the use of natural resourcs vehemently.
