Band 7 IELTS Essay

Since a company's effectiveness and prosperity largely depend on the performance of its personnel. Choosing the best individuals for every position is not a simple task. Due to its better selection accuracy, interviews are without a doubt the most effective and popular method employed to date. Although there are still some other methods that are employed, such as data collection, health screening, practical skills testing. And so on, I believe that interviews are the best method for identifying the top applicants.

First off, there are a few justifications for my belief that interviews are the best and most fantastic processes. It is the best method for time and money savings. Employers can justify a candidate's latent talent in as little as 10-15 minutes. Therefore there is no need for the company to rent or arrange a large exam room for this process. Furthermore, candidates' speaking and persuasion skills are crucial for various positions in particular. For instance, a business wants to hire a marketing executive. In this situation, a candidate won't be able to succeed for the firm if he doesn't know how to interact with consumers. Even on the job.

On the other hand, I do not advocate using interviews for all jobs in the twenty-first century. The authorities should employ the other measures described above in addition to the interview. For instance, a candidate for the position of computer operator must have a strong understanding of computer systems. Although speaking ability is less important. It is evident that some candidates are too shy to express their true talents. As a result, there ought to be other methods for selecting employees.

After all the conversation, I would like to recommend to the authorities that they not solely rely on interviewing methods. The suggested format is as follows: thorough written test, practice test or demonstration (for skilled employment). For Interview (marketing and customer dealing position).

Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

Choosing the ideal candidate for the job is undoubtedly a highly Herculean effort for any firm. The most popular and established technique of hiring any employee is through a job interview. However, I thought that there were some more effective methods, such as written tests, practical tests. And so forth, to select the best candidate for the position.

Employees shouldn't first choose or reject candidates based just on a quick conversational interview. As a result, they might not be able to perform better in interviews because the majority of brilliant students or workers are introverts. When they stand in front of an interviewer, they experience anxiety and a loss of confidence. For instance, a recent study indicated that stress or anxiety contributed to 25% of Humber University students failing their employment interviews. As a result, they were unable to obtain employment with the business. They would be qualified for the position if the employer will conduct a written test. In order to hire the best employees, firms should consider theory or practical tests.

Another major flaw in the hiring process is the tendency of certain candidates. To limit conversational questions to questions on their personalities and general knowledge. In other words, no interviewer can evaluate a candidate's technical ability, particularly if they have an engineering degree or diploma. For instance, the majority of industrial organizations hire staff based on their practical talents. And assign them tasks like measuring bolts, designing automation projects, and so forth. As a result, businesses should adjust some of their strategies for choosing employees. Such as by giving them a few tasks to complete before extending an offer of employment.

In conclusion, while there are many other, superior options, interviews are unquestionably important for selecting the greatest applicant. To identify an excellent employee, employers should, in my opinion, set up interviews with written tests and practical tests.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Job interviews are the most popular and widely acknowledged method of hiring people. However, I think there are some better alternatives, and a written test is one of them, for evaluating job candidates. In my perspective, candidates for a job should be judged on how well they perform in both the written test and the interview.

Employers shouldn't make hiring or firing decisions based just on a brief interaction during the interview. A poll also found that most brilliant people are introverts or tend to be introverts. Which may prevent them from doing as well in interviews despite their great work output. Employers should therefore administer written tests to assess technical proficiency, aptitude, and reasoning skills in order to locate efficient employees.

For instance, certain government agencies in Gujarat no longer conduct interviews; instead, candidates are chosen solely based on written exams. Employers should use written tests or similar alternatives to make hiring decisions for these reasons.

But for some positions, having strong communication skills is a requirement. Interviews are therefore crucial to assessing both a person's general personality and these talents. For instance, since the majority of jobs require employees to communicate directly with coworkers and clients. Those individuals need to be outgoing and have strong communication skills. Additionally, during interviews, employers can confirm the veracity of the information on a candidate's CV. It follows that the optimum technique of hiring personnel is an interview and a written test. And that employers should take into account a candidate's success in both portions when making a hiring decision.

In conclusion, organizations shouldn't limit their hiring practices to just interviews. They should instead look into other options, like thorough written tests. In my opinion, the hiring procedure includes. Both interviews and written examinations are the most successful because it addresses all the crucial components needed in the ideal employee.
