Model Answer 1

Children today deal with the same health issues as adults do, such as obesity. This essay will cover the primary reasons for childhood obesity, such as eating a diet high in processed foods and getting insufficient physical activity. And it will offer suggestions for how to address this issue, such as changing one's diet and engaging in more physical activity.
The younger generations prefer to consume more unhealthy food, such as highly processed and packed meals, in this fast-paced world. Due to their constant workload and demanding jobs, parents rarely have time to cook a home-cooked supper for their kids. For instance, a recent survey reveals that more than half of families frequently eat out at restaurants. Additionally, young people always find junk food more appealing than a healthy dinner. On the other hand, as they must devote more time and attention to their studies, children are also more likely to neglect physical activity. This is a major contributing factor to childhood obesity. Consequently, obesity is a common problem among kids nowadays.
Children must eat a healthier diet and engage in more physical activity to stay in shape. Parents must understand that a healthy diet and regular exercise can benefit their kids' academic performance and future prospects. They should show their kids how to live a healthy lifestyle. According to a study, regular participation in sports, for instance, can support both physical and mental health maintenance. Children are therefore advised to have a balanced diet and engage in greater physical activity in order to stay in shape.
In conclusion, as a result of bad practices, an increasing number of kids are becoming overweight. This essay highlighted how obesity is frequently brought on by eating unhealthy food and engaging in fewer physical activities. It also made the case that there are two ways to address this issue: by eating more healthfully and by engaging in more physical activity.

Model Answer 2

Nowadays, many youngsters are affected by illnesses that used to only affect adults, with obesity being one of the troublesome conditions. However, if governments are serious about stopping further distribution, they must first identify the causes before looking at possible solutions.
The use of technology, such as the internet, to complete tasks that were previously performed physically has led to an increase in obesity among youngsters. This lack of activity has led to inaction and weight gain as a result.
People have been doing their shopping, for instance, by walking to supermarkets, but this may now be done utilising a number of online applications. The second factor is the prevalence of video games among young people. It causes them to spend more time on their computers or mobile devices than playing active games like football with friends. Therefore, if people don't use modern technology properly, it could be detrimental.
But if society wishes to address this problem, there are several steps that may be implemented. Firstly, the public has to be made aware of the value of a healthy diet, which might encourage them to eat more fruits and vegetables. It may also improve their fitness and health. In other words, the majority of meals consisting of fast foods along with inactivity should be replaced by home-cooked meals if society wishes to combat obesity. Another solution could be to encourage kids to engage in physical activity, such as going to the gym or playing with friends outside. It will help speed up their action rate and so burn more calories and fat.
In conclusion, if young people do not address the increased risk of obesity, it could become a serious issue. Anyhow, if the causes have been identified, there are a number of options that could address this problem.

Model Answer 3

Experts in both developing and developed countries agree that significant changes in lifestyle have occurred since industrialization. Nowadays, the vast majority of people, particularly teens, struggle to keep their weight on the healthy side of the scale. It is crucial for the government to stop the spread of this disease because youngsters are more likely to experience this problem. I'll talk about the reasons for this problem and offer some remedies in this essay.
First off, the two main causes of youngsters being overweight are excessive junk food consumption and a lack of physical activity. Youths worldwide prefer to play video games or watch movies over doing any physical sport. As a result of the development of advanced modern technologies like computers. For example, a recent study by Oxford University found that 93 percent or more of high school pupils have sedentary lifestyles. Additionally, because fast-food restaurants are so easily accessible and have such reasonable prices, many students often have pizza and hamburgers for lunch. Therefore, it is undeniably evident that a significant contributor to this epidemic is poor nutrition and inactivity.
When considering the answers, professional educational institutions should require physical education sessions as part of the academic program. Children will get more interested in physical activity if there are more sports activities offered in schools. The government should also charge exorbitant tariffs for the purchase of convenient foods. This would not only slow down the rate of growth of these businesses, but it would also deter younger people from making similar purchases.
In conclusion, this is an issue that frequently sparks contentious discussion within society. But for the reasons mentioned, I'm inclined to argue that if the above recommendations are put into practice, the fight against obesity can be waged easily.
