Band 6.5 IELTS Essay

Mobile phone use has increased significantly over the years, which improves lives, productivity, and communication. But it also has negative impacts on individual health and society. However, I think that because of mobile phones, large distances are no longer an issue, and their excessive use is bad for society and people's health.

Mobile phone communication has dramatically changed people's lives thanks to advancements in technology. First of all, mobile phones have taken center stage in our lives. Modern cell phones allow multiple tasks to be completed simultaneously. People can track their meal plans, how much water they drink each day, and other health-related information. For instance, with the aid of fitness applications. Additionally, phones are used to add reminders, set alarms, perform calculations, listen to music, check email, and many other tasks. Additionally, because mobile phones are portable and simple to use, they have made lengthy distances shorter.

While employers can now do online interviews and video chat calling is a good way to communicate with individuals around the world. And to promote corporate growth,Mobile phones, in contrast, have a detrimental effect on people's health and society. First of all, mobile phones generate a variety of cosmic radiation that can seriously harm people's health. Researchers have found, for instance, that using a mobile device for more than once hour a day for more than ten years. Increases the risk of developing brain cancer as well as other health concerns like headaches, insomnia, heart difficulties, and many more. Additionally, excessive mobile phone use has an impact on society. People isolate themselves with their phones in one location and avoid interacting with their family and friends as a result. On their mobile devices, they engage in more social activity than they do offline.

In conclusion, I think that mobile phones are crucial to our daily lives. And that they make long distance calls unnecessary by replacing them with a single call. However, I also think that having too much of anything is bad for society and can harm many people's health.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Everyone in the world uses mobile phones in some capacity, and most people find it impossible to envision their life without this small smart device. Without a doubt, mobile phones have changed how we go about our daily lives, interact with one another, and conduct business. But they are also to blame for most of the psychiatric and health issues that the society is currently dealing with. They unquestionably have more benefits than drawbacks, which explains why individuals use them extensively.

On the one hand, our access to a variety of data in all spheres of our lives has been made possible by mobile phones. They have greatly aided us in removing the physical distance between us and our loved ones. Because it is now simple to communicate with them despite their great distance from us. Daily basics like fruits, veggies, and groceries can be purchased via mobile devices and delivered right to our door. Booking a train, bus, or flight is now simpler than ever. For people who desire to operate their business from home, mobile phones are a godsend. Programmers have created applications for practically everything we require throughout the course of a day. Such as those for cooking, viewing movies, and listening to music.

However, there are some unavoidable issues that mobile phones have brought about. People tend to forget about the people sitting directly in front of them. Because they are so preoccupied conversing with friends or family who live thousands of miles away. Despite the fact that they share a home, they do not have sufficient time to interact. Many people look for their illnesses on their smartphones and attempt to follow the cure indicated in it. Instead of going to doctors in cases of medical crises. Even while this cure frequently works, if we refuse to go to the doctor even when the cure isn't helping us, it can result in major medical complications.

As a conclusion, I would say that mobile phones are undoubtedly contributing to many of our social and medical issues. They may also be used cautiously and strategically to their advantage.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

Mobile phones have essentially changed everyone's lives worldwide in recent years. They have facilitated flexible and easy communication as well as the ease of doing business with people all over the world. However, there are some negative aspects related to medical and societal problems as well. I believe that using a mobile phone has more advantages than disadvantages. I shall discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the smartphone in this essay.

Due to their widespread use and growing advantages in the modern day, phones are now used by almost everyone. In addition to being used for communication, it has a wide range of other functions that may be utilized by staff members and businesses. Alike, including surfing the internet, making purchases or sales, playing games, and using emails. Although many people used to have a distinct internet connection, hotspot from a mobile device is now widely used, and there is less connectivity in houses. For many businesses, the phone has transformed into a source of money since they use it to sell all of their items via a mobile app.

On the other extreme, it has drawbacks of its own. People use their mobile phones the majority of the time because they have so many benefits. For heavy users, it is unsafe to keep a powerful system and its transmission waves close to the ears. Long-term phone use can result in a variety of health issues.
