Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

We pick up some life lessons along the way. These teachings can aid us in achieving success. I agree with this statement, but I also think that in order to succeed in life, a fundamental education is also necessary, along with life teachings. This article explains the importance of education for success.

People need institutional education to prosper in life because it can help them comprehend the various paths to achievement. It teaches us how to interact and behave in social situations. Additionally, it demonstrates how to regulate our way of life and respect others. Making rules and learning how to obey them is helpful. It teaches us the fundamental truths of life and teaches us how to maintain success. Through formal education, we learn about the factors that might be harmful to our achievement. Formal education is now a need for success since it gives you all the knowledge you need on what to do and what not to do in life.

On their journey to success, people will pick up a number of life lessons. They will pick it up from their everyday lives. Additionally from their friends, family, spouses, coworkers, neighbors, and role models. People pick up these lessons from their mistakes as well as by watching others or any activity. These lessons cannot be taught, but they can be learned by the actions and errors of successful individuals as well as their style of thinking. People might experience positivity in their lives as they begin to learn life's lessons. It will also alter their way of thinking. They will feel less worried, more focused, and more material once they begin using their life lessons. By putting in a little more effort and trusting in life's teachings, they can succeed.

To sum up, I would like to add that formal education serves as the foundation for life lessons, which are essential to success. Therefore, it should get the same priority as formal education.

Two crucial factors that influence our views are the teachings we acquire in school or at university, as well as the experiences we have in life. A portion of the population thinks that lessons learned in high school or college are more important to achievement than commonplace events. Events that happen to us and formal education, in my opinion, both play a role in how we think and how successful we are.

Regular study helps us first and foremost to discover our interests. These passions frequently develop into curiosity, which inspires invention. For instance, Albert Einstein finished his education, which enabled him to create the electric light bulb. Second, ongoing education makes it easier for us to land rewarding careers. The majority of businesses also hire people who have completed some kind of formal training to work for them. Because they feel that these people are better qualified to perform their jobs than those who have not.

On the other hand, the things that happen to us every day help us learn valuable lessons that advance us at work. Long-term employees are taken into consideration by businesses for promotions and important project assignments. Since they are seen as having a wealth of information to offer. Furthermore, acquired knowledge cannot be taught at academic institutions. For instance, the CEOs of organizations like Google, Microsoft, and IBM are individuals who have worked for the company for a very long time. As a result, the various contacts we have every day enable us to flourish in life.

Both formal chapters and practical lessons have their own relevance. Life lessons are the kind of things that, when experienced firsthand, are easier to understand than through any other technique of learning. For instance, a student learning economics theoretically would only be able to comprehend what others had written. Without actually seeing the country's reality. In contrast, a student learning economics practically would be able to see the public's actual riches and issue-solving abilities. Life lessons therefore have just as much worth as the academic chapters that students have been learning.

Band 9 IELTS Essay

Some claim that the life lessons we pick up through a variety of situations are sufficient to guarantee our success. To a certain extent, I do concur with this viewpoint. Even though they had no formal education. Some of the most successful persons in the world managed to carve out a reputation for themselves. By constantly learning from their failures and refining their tactics. But there are very few of them, and the bulk of successful people we see today have advanced degrees. For a person to succeed, formal education is, in my opinion, just as crucial as life learning. Although a formal education is required for a formal employment, life experience is valuable for day-to-day duties but is not worth much without one. It is significant to mention that formal education provides a greater understanding of various facets of daily experiences.

We can undoubtedly learn a great deal from our experiences. Life lessons teach us to continuously improve our performance by taking lessons from our errors. For instance, many of the most successful business people, politicians, and athletes of the 20th and 19th centuries had little to no formal education. They continually improved, nevertheless, and did not miss a single chance to learn from their errors. Clearly, life lessons can aid in our success.

However, very few people are able to prosper as a result of the life lessons they have acquired. We know a lot of successful people who hold fancy degrees from reputable international universities. The importance of academic learning has increased in this era of information explosion. Companies no longer seek applicants without a degree. Therefore, it is erroneous to think that life lessons alone will guarantee our success in life and the workplace.

In conclusion, the lessons we take away from our experiences are unquestionably significant and essential to our success. Today, however, we also need formal education because the majority of job prospects are in the skilled sector. And those without a college degree are unable to take advantage of them.
