Dear Miss Katherine,

I am a student of the IT course in your institution. I am writing this letter to inform you about my unavailability for the course. I work part-time as a telecaller for an educational institution. It is becoming difficult for me to manage both the course and the job. Also, I have been given new projects and I have to meet many deadlines. It is becoming hard for me to focus on the course.

Also, the job is important for me because I meet my expenses from this job. I can't resign from the job as well. I would like to take a break for a short duration. From this June to September. I would like to continue my course from September. As this course is beneficial for me.

I might have to go out of stations too regarding some work projects. So, to attend regular classes would be difficult for me.

I would really appreciate it if you allow me to continue the course from the next batch. It would give me time to complete the projects and actively focus on the course. I will be very grateful to you. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am a student of the Piano learning course in your institution. I am writing this letter to let you know about my unavailability for the course. I work part-time as a content creator for an organisation. It is becoming difficult for me to practice piano and continue my job. I can't resign from the job as it is my only source of income. I have given many new projects to complete.

I might be going out of station to create content for the organisation. There are many seminars I have been given to organise. So, it is difficult for me to manage both the course and job.

Though, I love writing and I have applied to many creative writing job profiles. But due to new projects for counselling I will be travelling in different countries. Due to my unavailability in the city, I would not be able to attend the creative writing classes. Also, this is the only source of my income. It helps me to meet my expenses. So, I can't resign from the post. I would like to take a break from the course. From September to January. From January I would like to continue the course with the next batch of students.

I hope you understand my problem. I would like to request you to please allow me a break from the course and to restart it from the next batch. I would be very grateful to you. Looking forward to hearing from you.
