Hello Sir,

My name is Sanchita Sood, and I am a local resident of your Ward 59 in the city of Bangalore. I am writing to draw your attention to the deplorable road conditions in the city. Please permit me to go into detail.

I have noticed that the primary cause is the road super mall's ongoing construction. First of all, construction on this enormous structure took several months. As a result, the construction laborer's constant use of forklifts, turbines, and massive machines has made the road conditions filthy and decrepit.

Second, the road's sides are littered with building materials like mud, cement bags, broken tiles, and other garbage. These pile of garbage, dirt, and gravel, leaves dust into the air due to which the children are the most likely to get sick. Last but not least, the road is broken when bulky equipment materials fall off. In the end, this will call in for a road maintenance soon. In addition, the budget for constructing and maintaining road standards will have a direct impact on our disposable income. Despite these big projects that make money, the government will charge us for the horrible road conditions.

In the end, I would greatly appreciate it if you could inform the mall authority to not use the public road for the construction. The road is for public usage. They need to keep the machinery and building material inside the property of the mall. .

Hello Sir,

My name is Sachin and I live on the 59th street of your ward. I am writing you this letter to express my displeasure with the filthy streets where I live. Our street has three large drainage gutters, two of which are overflowing due to recent heavy rain.

As a result, waste leaks out, resulting in the unpleasant odor, germs, and bacteria. Children are playing around and a lot of people are going for walks. They now find it difficult to go outside due to the risk of serious illness and infection from polluted water. Additionally, the local council has not installed any signage to warn pedestrians about the one open manhole at the street's end. This overflow of drainage water has increased the number of mosquitoes. Also, due to the overflow, the chances of accidents are very high. It is not safe at all to keep the drains like this for any longer time.

I would ask the local council to clean the sewers to prevent waste from escaping and water from flowing freely. Also, please cover the manhole or any other signage to prevent the walker from falling in and injuring themselves. Please make sure to do this as soon as possible as we all are facing risks due to this blocked drainage system.

I'm Ravina Thakur, and I live in DA on Park Street. I am writing to inform you of the litter that has been littering the street since the Food Festival. This food festival was held in the park two days ago.

After the event, the event's organizing team cleaned the park. However, most of the bottles, cans, food waste, and wraps were wrapped around street trees because the park's garbage cans were full.
