Letter to Your Landlord Complaining About Lack of Hot Water in Your Private Accomodation IELTS General Writing Task 1 is a letter writing topic. Write a letter to the landlord. In your letter

Respected Sir,

This letter is intended to bring your attention to the hot water problem that has plagued us for the last week as a result of overheating while in use. I reside in flat number 14 in your Sunshine apartment. Due to the extremely cold weather in this part of the nation, my roommate and I also struggle without hot water utilities.
You have repaired this issue a month ago, however the repair method is ineffective now. Since you made the repair, we have been dealing with an overheating and occasionally cold water problem. Moreover, because of this issue, I am unable to prepare for college on time.
I only have one remedy to this severe problem because you have fixed the water heater. Instead of fixing broken water heaters, you must install a new, high-quality one for us. You will install a new one because this problem will keep occurring. Additionally, one of my friends works for a firm that sells premium water heaters and is a plumber, so he would be able to address this issue right away. I would appreciate it if you could help us with this problem.

I'm contacting you now regarding the broken heating system in your home, where we presently dwell. A group of men came to fix the heating system after it had been broken for more than a week, but they were unable to make any progress. I've lived in your apartment with three other students from Don Bosco in Brighton for the past eleven months. We initially reported the problem to your assigned personnel in accordance with our rental agreement. I'm James, and I'm a second-year student at Brighton's Pedagogy English Medium School. Last February, I and two other students leased your flat on Park Road. Overall, we are pleased with our lodging.
Unfortunately, our apartment's central heating stopped functioning a week ago, leaving us without hot water. Last Friday, two repairmen came to our apartment and made an unsuccessful attempt to fix the heater. Due to this, we are suffering greatly, and the winter would be very miserable without a heating system and hot water.
I'm hoping you can see what's wrong and act right now. I advise replacing the existing heater in the bathroom with one that can be fixed automatically. We would be required to leave your apartment if we did not find a suitable solution within a week.
