Model Answer 1

Dear Saurabh,

How are you? I hope you are in good health. I received your letter and I understand that you are facing a problem. First of all Congratulations, on getting a new job. I am very delighted and happy to hear the news. Though, I am writing this letter to help you and advise you on the problem you shared.
I faced a similar problem in the past. When I joined the company I am currently working in, I was given a lot of work lead pressure by my seniors. They considered me a fresher and gave their work as well. First, I ignored it. I thought it was a one or two time thing. But they started giving their work to me to complete it regularly. They used to go to the cafeteria and enjoy themselves. I was getting over drained and exhausted. So, one day I called upon my manager and all the seniors. I expressed the situation and problems I was facing. The manager was very disappointed by the behaviour of the seniors towards me. Everyone apologised to me and they were strictly instructed to never do that again.
I would advise you to talk to your manager or senior incharge too. This would really help you to make them understand your problem. Also, tell them that this is affecting your health. I hope the issue gets resolved. Looking forward to hearing from you
Yours Lovingly,
Mike

Model Answer 2

Dear Mindy,

I received your letter yesterday. I feel very sad and disappointed by the health issues you are facing. I understand your situation. I am writing this letter to advise you on the problem you shared. I suffered with the same problem too.
As I joined the company. So, I was allotted a different office. But the office was very small and suffocating. There was no AC. As you are aware of the weather of Mumbai. It became very difficult to sit in the office and work. First, I didn't speak about the issue. I was new in the office and I didn't talk much. But due to summers I started getting exhausted and dehydrated. Due to sweating, I started feeling weakness and Blood pressure problems. It was affecting my health. So, I shared my health issue with my manager. He cooperated and understood my situation. He apologized for not noticing my problem. I was allotted a different office with windows. There was proper ventilation. Also, there was an AC in the office.
So, I would suggest you talk to your manager or senior. I am sure they will understand your health concerns. Talking is the only solution to the problem. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Lovingly,
Barbara

Dear Catherine,

How are you? I hope you are in good health. I received your letter. I am disappointed by the situation you are facing at your office. I am writing this letter to advise you and suggest a solution to your problem. I faced a similar situation too.
As you know I work as a content writer too. I was very ill-treated in the office. My seniors always spoke rudely to me. Sometimes, I accepted their behaviour because I was a fresher. But their comments on me started getting personal. They started taunting me and blaming my upbringing. They started commenting on my parents and my etiquettes. I felt really emotionally hurt due to those comments. It affected my mental health and emotional well-being.
I went to the Community manager or if there is any counsellor in your company. So visit them. I went to the community manager and discussed the problem. They strictly instructed the seniors to behave politely and with respect to me and everyone. I was apologised to by the seniors. And they never spoke rudely to me from that day onwards.
I would suggest you visit the community manager or counsellor available in the company. Or just discuss the problem with the head of your department. Nobody should face and tolerate such behaviour. As it affects our mental health. I hope you handle the situation.
Yours Lovingly.
Shane
