Dear Mr Abraham,

I'm writing to make a request for help organizing a trip to Tenby, UK, from Brighton for a group of students.

Please be advised that I intend to bring my school pupils on December 15th. Students have one week off after the exam, which will stretch from the 15th to the 22nd of December. If students find it engaging, it can be prolonged for a fortnight.

Furthermore, I'd like to inform you that the group consists of ten pupils and two teachers. If there is a compromise for the medium-sized group, I will gladly raise it to 15.

Would you be so nice as to arrange acceptable lodging? For my pupils, I would choose a youth hostel over a dormitory. Private showers and a kitchenette would be preferable.

Furthermore, perfect locations often entice people to spend their free time happily, especially if the destinations include lush green forests. Would you please provide me with information on the total cost of the trip with a discount? How much money is required to secure a reservation? I've been waiting for your response.

Dear Mr Abraham,

I'm Henry Brown, a teacher from the Brighton Scholar's School in the United Kingdom, and I'm writing to inquire about the lodging options you have because we're planning a trip to Tenby soon.

According to our prior email conversation, I'd like to inform you that we are a team of 18 people, including three teachers, and will be in Tenby from June 12th to June 18th, 2019. I'm Gordon Matthew, and I spoke with you on the phone yesterday morning about the tour we'll be on in Tenby. Now I'm writing to inquire about the trip services you provide.

We plan to arrive in Tenby on November 14, 2023, and stay for three days and two nights. Our group consists of 26 members, 16 men and 8 women. In addition, two youngsters will accompany the team; they are our dean's daughters, aged 8 to 10. 14 male and 6 female students will share rooms among the adults, while two professors will wear family suits because their wives and children will accompany them. As a result, we will require a total of 10 double-bedrooms with a wonderful view and 2 family suits in the area. We're hoping to keep our costs low and have a relaxing time while we're there.

Please email me information on the rooms you have available at the time, the kind of amenities you offer, and the food you serve, as well as the expected costs for all of this.
