Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Wireless Router that I recently bought from your shop. Unfortunately, it has abruptly ceased operating, making it impossible for me to access the Internet and conduct business from home. I'm hoping you'll replace it right away or fix it.
Up until the end of last week, the Netgear - AC1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router that I bought from you was functional, but it is currently not. I have attempted to perform some preliminary diagnostics but have been unable to determine the precise cause of the device's problem. I tested a similar router borrowed from a friend, and it worked fine.
As a freelancer, I do my business from home, and a reliable Internet connection is essential. I need to complete my ongoing work by the deadlines if I want to keep my clients. As you can see, I completely rely on this device to access the Internet, so I need to get this router fixed as soon as possible. I advise you to either exchange it for a new device or fix the current one within the next two days.
I appreciate you taking the time to consider the situation, and I await hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Denis Brian

Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought a Dell laptop from your store three months ago. Unfortunately, the gadget has abruptly quit functioning and is now completely useless. Since I work from home, I really depend on this laptop, so I'm hoping you'll repair or replace it quickly.
Regarding the specifics of the issue, the laptop screen only displays a black background with a few red dots on it. The day before yesterday, it functioned perfectly, but now it's damaged. I have examined the battery and power supply and have also tried to identify the issue with the laptop's sound. But I couldn't understand the problem. I am enclosing a copy of my receipt with this letter, and for your kind knowledge, my purchase number is 2558745.
As a freelancer, I have several ongoing tasks that I need to complete by the end of the month. I cannot work if my laptop is not functional. Furthermore, I depend on my laptop for access to critical documents, programmes, and project instructions, so losing it would leave me with problems.
Because I have a valid warranty and require this gadget to be repaired urgently. I am expecting that you will repair it within the next three days or replace it with a new one and transfer the data.
I'm hoping to hear from you shortly.
Faithfully,
Monica

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention the Dell Laptop I bought from your firm, MG Electronics, with invoice and model number AP7620, Latitudinal 50673. The device is not operating properly and frequently interrupts my work. I was truly disappointed with the performance.
I am working from home due to the pandemic. The laptop was having issues turning on, making strange noises, and losing broadband wifi access while I was working on it. My office work is therefore delayed, and I need to create a sales report for my client meeting that is set for the following week. As a result, my coworkers are frequently irritated and complain to higher authorities about replacing me with another team member if my problem does not get fixed.
I tried to solve the problem but it was a waste of time. Since it is still covered by its two-year guarantee and fully complies with the policy's terms and conditions, I kindly ask that you come check out my laptop. Either get it repaired or replace it with a new one. I hope to hear from you shortly.
Sincerely,
Rithik
