Respected Sir/Mam,

I'm writing to express my displeasure with your sales agent Bhavesh Gupta's rude and disrespectful behaviour. On June 21, I visited your department shop to make some normal purchases, and he treated me pretty impolitely.

Normally I can find everything I need, but on that particular day I was unable to locate the hair shampoo of a certain brand, therefore I needed assistance. But rather than assisting me, Mr. Gupta smugly advised me to pick a shampoo from a different brand or get it someplace else. This behaviour really bothered me. Additionally, when I was purchasing the remaining products, I noticed that he was lazing around and chit-chatting with other staff members. Showing little interest in working or helping any of the customers.

We all are familiar with the phrase that a rotting fruit may ruin a whole basket of fruit. He seems to be a bad influence on other employees as well, and he may even ruin your store's image. I'm hoping you'll take care of this and enhance the shop's customer support.

Respected Sir/Mam,

My name is James Augustus, and I'm writing to you about a Nokia camera that I purchased on September 5th from your department shop on Sunhill Road in Dewsbury.

In the store, the camera appeared to function well. When I got home, it was evident that the shutter mechanism wasn't working correctly. Additionally, the lens has a tiny ding on it.

So, on September 6, I went back to the store and spoke with a corporate representative about the problem. He was very rude and mentioned that I should have checked it here in the store itself. However, after a heated argument, I left the camera with the assistant. He promised to investigate the issue with a view to fixing the camera and come back to me in a couple of days.

However, a week has passed, and I phoned the store again. They informed me that the camera was still not fixed and that they were unsure of how long it would take.

It is unacceptable to have to wait for it to be fixed for such an extended period of time, as I'm sure you can understand. Therefore, if I do not receive the repaired camera by the end of this week, I would like to ask for a complete refund.
