Respected Sir,

My name is Harry, and my house is right next to Saint Thomes school's northwest wall. I am writing to express my willingness to respond to your school's request for residents' assistance in maintaining the playground and school building.

I will be glad if I can extend my helping hand towards this cause. At first, I'm interested in helping with this task because it would make me feel good to teach the school how to cut grass. I am a member of the local environmental protection union. Hence, I will be able to instruct students on how to keep the school grounds clean. Not only that, I can use my contacts in the union to raise money for the school. I would also enjoy cutting the excess grass from the school grounds and near buildings from number 3 to 5. I also have a special grass cutter that can cut down on time significantly.

Lastly, because I am a manager at an MNC, I am only able to be available for one hour in the mornings between 6 and 7 a.m. I would greatly appreciate it if you would let me use this time to upkeep the best school in our town.

Russel Street which is one mile north of the school, has been my home for the past few years. Three of my cousins have attended your school in the past, and the daughter of my sister is currently enrolled in your high school. I think that for a student, school is like their second home. Hence, the development is definitely needed that provides better infrastructure for local students. This can help them reach their physical and intellectual potentials.

I run a construction company in the town, and I believe I can provide the necessary materials and labor for your project at a fair price. If you are interested, I would also offer to develop the playground for no cost. Respected Madam,

I recently came to know from my son that the school has requested neighboring people to help with the maintenance of school buildings and play area. I am eager to help and my family members also want to join.

I stay just around the south west corner of the shool. My house is the third house on the 2nd lane which is just a minute walking distance from school. I believe that school is a place where childrens grow up. If we can help with the maintenance, I will be very glad and happy. Since my son also studies in 7th standard of your school, it will be my pleasure. I am an engineer and I have a hobby for painting. I do paint the walls of my house on my own with new and creative designs. I believe I will be able to paint the walls of the classroom with creative designs si=uitable for students. The new artworks on the wall will keep them clean and it will look good. Students will feel more comfortable and enthusiastic towards study. I can bring my brother and one friend for the painting to help.

I will be available after 6 P.M everyday for this job. Since I am currently working from home, it will take me a minute to come to the school and paint the walls. So I can work till late night also.

Please let me know your availability so that we can sit and decide on the designs of the walls. I will be awaitoing your response.
