Hello Sir,

I, representing Botanica Company, write to you regarding a recent event that your company hosted.

The Continental Hotel in downtown Saigon hosted it on the fourth-floor reception area, specifically on the weekend preceding last—specifically, that fell on the 23rd. During the meeting, there were some issues that I think you could have foreseen. First, the catering was slow and there weren't many dishes that the guests liked. Although we are a local business, the majority of the food was Western. During the appointment, I made an effort to contact your company to reschedule an additional hour; however, my attempts were unsuccessful--I couldn't reach you. It was very unprofessional. My perspective necessitates immediate action: you must address these issues by prioritizing the company's preferences – a crucial step in ensuring optimal representation.

I have given a backup number to resolve any issues encountered during the event. We hope that you can compensate us for this inconvenience in some way. Please respond immediately.

Thank you.

Dear Sir,

I write this email to voice my dissatisfaction with the hotel: the establishment where I lodged during an important meeting—held in honor of a valued customer. Please let me explain. You understand the paramount importance of this meeting with the SVB Bank CEO: not only does it allow our company to uphold its eminent reputation, but also to explore potential business opportunities across a multitude of sectors pertaining directly to us. Regrettably, the provided facilities for this meeting did not meet my satisfaction nor allow me to impress my client.

To immerse ourselves in the exquisite ambience and captivate this company's investment interest, we secured a special conference room boasting rooftop multimedia facilities. The hotel manager, however, informed us that renovations prevented them from offering this room. Ultimately, we hosted the meeting in a separate room that lacked access to a TV or computer for sharing our meticulously prepared presentations and associated data.

The unavailability of crucial facilities for this significant meeting frustrates me due to the resulting inconvenience. I would like you to contact the hotel manager and request a full refund. However, we will make sure that this never happens again in the future.

We look forward to your reply as soon as possible.

Thank you

Hello Joseph Moulin,

I want to tell you about a bad thing that happened when your company had a meeting and I was at the ABC Hotel in New York.

On the 10th of November, 2023, I went to a meeting because your company asked me to come and give my thoughts about the new product you just started selling. Your business is organized where I will stay for two days, which is at the ABC Hotel on Park Avenue Street. The hotel is known for being good, however, the special large room I reserved was not given to me. I was informed that the suite was under maintenance and could not be run. As an alternative solution, they offered me a free dinner. The next day, the air conditioning unit in our space stopped working out of nowhere and it wasn't fixed until 9 at night. So we moved to another hotel on the same street. The manager of the hotel mentioned that they will return this money to your company because you made the reservation.

Therefore, please consider refunding the accommodation fee paid on the 11th. I have attached the hotel bill. We look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you
