Model Answer 1

Dear Neighbours,

This letter is to address the issues that we have been facing for the past few months. We all are familiar with the challenge that is associated with the sharing of a common parking area. Please kindly note that the parking space of our building can only accommodate a limited number of cars.

You are all aware that there is only room for 10 cars in the parking lot. Therefore, a family can only park one vehicle. But I have seen that some people have been taking up multiple parking spaces, forcing some of the residents to park on the street. Additionally, the situation has gotten worse as people rent out empty places to park the cars of their visitors.

I would like to ask everyone to park their cars solely in the spots indicated for them by the numbers next to their apartments. Additionally, due to the limited parking space in our building, suggest to your visitors that they either park on the street or take public transportation.

In order to discuss the matter further, we all should sit for a meeting. Thus, I would like to request the members of this housing to sit for a meeting at 8:30 pm tomorrow.

Looking forward to receiving a positive response.

Your Sincerely,
Vivek

Model Answer 2

Dear Neighbours,

We all are quite familiar with the challenges that we have been facing since the past few weeks associated with the parking space. It has risen and has become very inconvenient for residents like us that travel with cars and bikes everyday.

Today, due to the rising number of cars in our society, we are all struggling to find parking spaces. As a result, we are unable to park our own cars in the spots of our choosing. Everybody has virtually two cars at home, which is problematic. Like all of you, I am unable to park my car in the desired spot and must instead choose to leave my driveway and park near the gas station.

However, if we all asked our community manager, the basement parking would be opened again with a little cost. In such a situation, our issue is lessened, and there is enough space for everyone to park their cars. We may share our decisions if we all gather in our community centre on Sunday at 6 o'clock and discuss them.

Hoping to hear from you all soon. Please provide relevant and your views in the form of feedback. We can utilise the suggestion box present in our building. An evaluation will be done by this weekend.

Yours Faithfully,
John

Model Answer 3

Dear Neighbours,

My name is Schillian, and reside at the second floor apartment number 2Bin Queens Harbour. I'm writing in regards to parking issues that I've had for the past three weeks.

Actually, the primary problem is that place 59 is connected to my apartment, and there is consistently one white automobile parked there. Additionally, I frequently have to phone the concierge to have the car removed after hours. Even though everyone should be aware that each apartment has a specific parking place assigned to them.

Another issue is water leaks, which occasionally occur as a result of condensation. These leaks have repeatedly damaged my car and cost me $1,000 in repairs. Additionally, I want to alert everyone because it might also happen to their automobiles.

Residents can ask the front desk to locate nearby parking to get around parking. Additionally, we might request that the management have the pipes repaired or replaced. I want to suggest that whenever it is possible, all of you get together for a meeting. We'll have a chance to get to know one another better and talk about additional topics.

Hoping to hear from you soon as this n

needs to be solved as soon as possible.

Yours Sincerely,
Schillian
