Band 8 IELTS Letter

Mr Johan,

Tam is writing to complain about the dog that is always allowed to roam free in the garden. I am disappointed that my infant is threatened by a German shepherd.

Initially, I would like to state what the issue is with that? My children just turned five a week ago, and they usually hang out in the garden next to yours. However, I've observed that you always keep your companion in the park when children are eager to play in the playground. Literally, they are terrified of the pet animals, particularly a large dog that shows its teeth while barking noisily at them.

Therefore, if you don't have a solution, I'd like to offer some advice. Nevertheless, you can hang a German puppy from a special rope while the children are playing peacefully. In addition, we can divide our schedule for my child's protection.

If you do not find this acceptable, I will take disciplinary action against you.

I anticipate that your response will be positive.

Yours faithfully,

Hardik Patel

Band 7 IELTS Letter

Dear Mr Rob,

I am writing to bring to your attention a problem that my family and I are experiencing due to the presence of your dog.

I would like to highlight the issue we have been experiencing. First, your dog always barks whenever my daughter arrives for tutoring at your residence. She informed me that she wishes to change her tuition because of her fear of the dog. In addition, whenever you went jogging with your dog, it ate the vegetation in my garden.

My daughter is unable to concentrate on her studies because of your dog, and she feared that she would receive poor grades as a result of this disruption. In addition, I had planned to celebrate my wife's birthday in my garden, but due to your dog's undesirable conduct, I am unable to do so.

In order to resolve this issue, I will propose a few solutions. First, you could teach your dog when and where to howl so that I and my fellow neighbors can live without disturbance. Second, you must feed your dog some tasty animal food. Consequently, I will not redesign my garden again.

If you do not take this matter seriously, I will contact the director of the animal aid division. Consequently, you can communicate with him to continue the procedure.

I hope you appreciate our difficulties and investigate this matter as soon as feasible.

Best wishes,

Gaurav

Band 6 IELTS Letter

Dear Mia,

This letter is in response to the inconvenience caused by your dog, which you maintain in your backyard.

Whenever your dog barks for no apparent reason, I am unable to concentrate on my office work.

The second reason I experience inconvenience is because it disrupts my customer meetings. Occasionally, I need to reschedule this meeting because of this disruption. As a result, my supervisor has a negative impact on my work.

Thirdly, I would like to suggest a potential solution that you may find appealing. You can bring your dog to your shop so that you do not feel lonely during the day, and I can also work in peace and comfort.

If you do not take action, I would recommend filing a complaint with the Animal House Department.

I anticipate hearing from you.

Best wishes,

Karan
