Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in reference to the reservations I made for a professional gathering with my colleagues at your hotel. Our plan has undergone a few adjustments, and we would like the settings to be changed to reflect these changes.

We have made reservations at your hotel for the month of November, with dates ranging from 07 to 12. Our team met with a group of delegates from China during the meeting. The attendees from China, however, decided to postpone the meeting because of some economic difficulties. It will now take place on the same dates but in December.

Together with the delegates, our group consisted of 10 individuals. As a result, arrangements were made, and 5 rooms were reserved along with access to additional amenities. Additionally, the venue was reserved for the meeting's anticipated date of November 10th. Due to the modifications, the meeting will take place on December 10th, with reservations being accepted from December 7th through December 12th.

I'm hoping you can make the required adjustments. Please let me know within a week if the adjustments are not doable in any case. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
Anmol

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request that certain changes be made to the earlier reservations I made in your hotel for a business meeting scheduled for next week.

I regret to inform you that due to certain unanticipated events, the meeting has been moved to the final week of the month. But if it won't cost you, I'd like to change our previous agreement. In accordance with the original agreement, I'd want to reserve three more rooms in addition to a conference room. In addition, instead of the ten days we originally planned, the meeting will now span twelve days.

Finally, I want to know how each room and the conference room are equipped. If they are not in good shape, you will need to mend and renovate them to an international standard to satisfy the tastes of my foreign visitors. I feel thirty days is sufficient time to do this task.

I'm hoping you'll be able to make the necessary changes. If the alterations cannot be made under any circumstance, kindly inform me within a week. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. I look forward to hearing from you soon. I appreciate your assistance.

Sincerely,
John

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm sending you this letter to ask that you postpone the hotel reservation we made for one of your rooms.

We've reserved three rooms and a suite at your hotel, "The Le Meridian," for our company's business trip from the 20th to the 23rd of this month. The booking ID is YT6547, and the team consists of our CEO and five of my colleagues; we were scheduled to arrive on the 20th afternoon.

Unfortunately, our CEO's business partner there had scheduled another significant meeting for this month on the 22nd, so he asked to reschedule the meeting. In light of this, it is decided to hold the meeting at your hotel itself two days in advance as we had originally planned.

It would be preferable if you could set up the meeting in a conference room as roughly 10 members of his staff will be in attendance. We also require a projector with high definition capabilities and an audio system of the highest calibre.

I'm hoping to hear back from you as soon as possible. Please notify me within a week if the changes cannot be done under any circumstances. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Sincerely,
Peter
